Bio: Milos was born on Earth, something that had once been a blessing, that was now a curse. Most of Earth was dead or dying from the centuries of pollution puffed out by the industrial age. Born in the old state of Croatia, Milos' family fled to Titan soon after Milos' birth, and he is registered as having Titan as his homeworld, since he arrived before he was 6 months old. Milos spent the rest of his youth on Titan, fascinated with the Stars and the worlds beyond.
On his seventeenth birthday, Milos immediatley went and signed up with the Collective Fleet Academy, a program that would take four grueling years but eventually land him a position as pilot of his own combat craft. Assigned to the 6th Luhman Squadron, he spent several more years patrolling the Luhman system. Which is exactly where he was when the Second Pelaan War broke out in 2296. The Pelaan were a race of agressive spider-creatures, intent on forcing the Human Race out of Luhman for themselves. Milos fought the war to its conclusion in 2299, but not without losing most of his left arm in battle. It was replaced with a bionic one, that appears mostly natural, except at the elbow, where time has exposed the metal.
Following the war, Milos left the Fleet and became a freighter, piloting old freight ships around the collective and making simple money. Most of it goes home to his aging father on Titan. Milos was approached by the Farseers Guild during a stop on Thalon, and they explained their latest venture to him. He hesitantly agreed, tired of his merchant job, and urged on by that part of him that had engulfed him as a boy, the desire to explore.
Why does your Character want to venture with the Voidhawk?: The Farseers Guild approached him, after what he assumed must've been extensive research. He accepted to fulfill his childhood curiosities, and the opportunity to pilot a brand new ship.
