Aiden half ran, half staggered his way through level 18, trying to get to the armory which was on a different level. His head was still reeling from the blow it had taken just minutes before and he was pretty lucky not to have a concussion. Injury or not, he had to do his job. He had already failed once today by letting that test subject escape and he wasn't going to do it again. He rounded a corner and noticed two things instantly. The way to the armory was blocked by some sort of spill, and that the test subject that had injured him earlier had found him. Not the other way around. He had already learned the hard way that guns and tazers didn't work against this thing. And he wasn't about to get up close to try the baton, or even his trusty bowie knife. So he did what any sane person would do, ran like a little girl. Without the screaming.

The test subject chased after him, luckily it was strong but slow. So he was easily able to duck into a supply closet without it seeing him. He saw another person in the room but he didn't recognize them. So that meant they weren't security and they didn't work with test subjects. "Hi." He said to the man before sliding to a sitting position against the wall. Away from the door of course. He put his head between his hands and prayed the spinning would stop soon. Preferably before he threw up. He spotted a gun on the ground near his feet so he took a hand away from his head and picked it up. Upon examining it he found that it was loaded. Though he already had a gun and several extra clips on him. So he set it back down. Somebody else would find it more useful than him. He was armed to the teeth as it was. This was one five foot seven, one hundred twenty-three pound guy you didn't want to mess with. He was only twenty-four and he already risen in the ranks here and become high security. And that was no easy feat.
Ugggghhhh I feel so terrible about it! It makes me feel like a jerk.
I'm sorry SnowMinx! *Does stereotypical Japanese apologetic anime bow* I just realized I totally ignored your post in my last one! So I made it up to you by butt kissing a little bit in this one... Hehehe. Again, so sorry I don't usually miss things like entire posts but I did have to write for a lot of stuff.
As Ryusuke was leaving the table that seemed to be getting more people by the minute, one of them grabbed him. It was the girl with white hair. She was offering to help. The smallest hints of a smile graced his lips. Usually customers didn't care how busy it was, they just wanted to be served. "Thank you for the offer ma'am but don't worry about anything. We're fine." It was a bit of a lie, but she was customer so it wouldn't be right to have her helping out. As he was passing by some tables on his way to the front, he noticed for the first time a very familiar blonde girl. He stopped to address her. "I'm sorry Rin, I've been so busy I didn't notice you. Kokoro is in the kitchen, but be warned you may be roped into helping her."

Rin was his younger sister's best friend, and by extension his friend as well. It was nearly impossible to be around somebody so much and not be their friend. Unless you hated their guts, and it was kind of impossible to hate Rin's guts. She was just so darn cute, not in a creepy way. He was not crushing on Rin. She was still in high school AND his sister's best friend. One or both of them would murder him if that happened. He thought of her almost like a second sister and certainly felt protective of her like he did his sister at times. At the moment he was kind of using her as an excuse to stop moving for more than a few seconds. It was amazing how tiring weaving your way through a cafe can be when you do it for hours at a time.
Alright here's my character. Let me know if I need to change/add anything.

Name: Aiden Strider

Appearance:

Sorry about the size of the image, it was the only one I could find of this character.

Job: High-Security, his specific job is to guard the test subject dormitories and make sure nothing escapes. He has not been enhanced in any way yet, he isn't quite high enough up on the security food chain.

Relation with Other Departments: He knows quite a few people in the science department, at least those who work with the test subjects. He's also very familiar with the medical staff and of course the other guards. He's had guard duty in the VIP quarters before and has discovered that he doesn't like them all that much, guarding is a fancy way of saying babysitting when it comes to those guys.

Role in Creating the Incident: He let a test subject escape. He shot it, stunned it, and it still wouldn't stop. When he stood in its way, it knocked him aside like he was nothing and nearly gave him a concussion in the process. He really did try but there wasn't much he could do.

Where You Were and What You Were Doing 5 Minutes Ago: He was attempting to track down the test subject and get to the armory so he'd have a better chance at putting the thing down. Only it tracked him down first and was apparently angry about the bullets. So he ran in the direction of the armory hoping to get there first.
Hey I'm just waiting until things progress a little bit before Zephyr returns to the guild. So it makes more sense than no time passing. I am still interested though.
Sweet! I'll have my character up either tonight or tomorrow morning.
What about stabby weapons? My characters usually like to keep a short range weapon on them as well. Would it be all right if my character had a knife of some sort on his person?
I am very interested in this. I do have a few questions though. What kind of weapons can the security have? And are they enhanced in any sort of way? I have a few characters in mind and these questions will help narrow down which one I use.
Caius watched as Eden struck the giant Heartless shortly after he did. It seemed to do a lot more damage than his had. That was what he hated most, feeling helpless or useless. And boy did he fell useless in this fight. He didn't know how to use the weapon in his hands, he couldn't do any fancy magic tricks like Eden, he didn't even know how to fight this thing. Eden seemed to have the entire thing under control, but he still hated that there wasn't much he could do. But that had never stopped him before, Caius charged back in, only to pause as the Heartless jumped back into the mural. Shattering the most important object in town. This strange light came out from behind it and literally destroyed the Heartless. Caius had a feeling he now knew why he hadn't seen the keyhole before.

And he just knew it was the keyhole. He could sense it or something. He watched as Eden pointed his own Keyblade at the light and started floating. Another beam of light went from his Keyblade to the keyhole, and there was a loud click. Caius assumed that would be the world locking or something. So the Heartless couldn't get into it again. He instantly felt relieved knowing that his friends and family were safe. The buildings and people that had been consumed by the darkness were all coming back. Caius may not have been able to do much against the giant Heartless, but he had saved a lot of people beforehand, and it had felt good.

Caius watched as Eden approached him, noticing that the other teen looked tired. Not that he blamed him at all. He was tired too, and hurt. He listened as Eden spoke. At first he wasn't sure what to do. Leaving his world and traveling to other ones, fighting Heartless all the time. His brain was telling him no, stay here where it's safe. But his heart was screaming yes, protect people. And he had the tendency to listen to his heart more than his head. "If it means protecting people, I'll go with you." He said, taking Eden's hand. "But for tonight, why don't we rest at my place? You don't have to worry about meeting the family or anything, I live alone."
