Wolverine and Talon usually only slept six hours a day. They were late gettting to bed the previous night so they were just getting up at 0500. Talon was the first to the kitchen since her bedroom was closer. She started the coffee maker and started cooking bacon and eggs in one frying pan. Wolverine went to the danger room and went through the selection of the simulations.
He just finished picking out the simulation and turning off the safety features when Talon walked in to the control carrying a still piping hot frying pan and a coffee pot. They ate breakfast in silence. When they were finished eating they went down to the floor of the Danger Room.
The Danger Room was running a pitch black simulation. Wolverine chose this simulation to test their ability to fight without their sight. Their opponnent was able to see in the dark without any source of lights. They had both agreed the night before to only use their claws for blocking or climbing during the simulation today.
They split up, Wolverine was the first to encounter one, he blocked for a few minutes he randomized each opponents fighting style so that not a single fighting style would be repeated. While blocking he was studying the technique being used. Once he figured out the pattern he ripped the arm off the robot and jammed it through the robots chest.
Talon's first opponent carried a laser rifle. She climbed the walls and dropped down on it and snapped it's neck. She then grabbed the rifle and put three rounds through it's chest. She then set the rifle to overload, she tossed the rifle towards the sound of where she thought Wolverine was.
