Terr-El reached the prison her mother was locked up in. She flew at full speed into the side of her mother's cell. "Time to earn your redemption. You will be instrumental in the coming days. You will break Superman free of Darkseid's mind control but only after he has set into motion certain events that are critical to my survival." Floating outside of the Galatea cell Terr used her heat vision to destroy the Red Sun Generator. "We have much to discuss mother." Terr grabbed her mother and flew off.
Temperance removed her mask. "Sorry about her Kal-El. She is your daughter with Galatea. Between magic moonshine and grief, you and Galatea had a one night stand. Galatea became pregnant with Terr-El. You did the honorable thing and married her.
Galatea eventually fell in love with you. You never got over Lois Lane, and the part you played in her death, namely the fact that you killed her and the rest of the Daily Planet staff while under the control of Darkseid. The two of you stayed together for your daughter.
You were not a good father or husband, you spent most of the time drunk or passed out. I personally arrested over two dozen times for public intoxication and brawling. Galatea raised your daughter pretty much by herself. Galatea was denied love from her husband for a long, she became extremely unhappy to the point she killed herself.
Your daughter blames you for her mother's death. I believe she wants revenge and to ensure her survival. Unlike me if we change the future she will cease to exist, I am alive already in this time as a nine year old. If anyone thought she would have been a problem she would never have been allowed to come along. She probably went to wherever Galatea is in this time."
Temperance turned away for a moment. "A.L.F.R.E.D. says that a person matching Terr-El's description broke Galatea out of prison, it has no knowledge where they went after that. Also A.L.F.R.E.D. has uploaded to the computer in the Batcave all the information we have. Thank goodness storing all that information in the suit was a real drain on resources."
The previous night: Red X set in the shadows waiting for his contact. Terr-El walked in and handed over a tablet. "They will have spare fuel lying in wait just in case it is needed. They no longer have the capacity to produce more I saw to that. If you ever need anymore you will have to go the past." Red X laughed. "You are definitely no daddy's girl."
The day of time travel: Terr-El woke up and changed into her costume, she ripped off the House of El symbol she incorporated into it. She threw it into a metal trash can and burned it with her heat vision. She passed by her father's room he was passed out drunk from some magical moonshine. She proceeded to the time travel portal she heard the others talk about their fathers being there, she just scoffed.
On the other side of the portal she flew straight at Superman ramming into him. She then flew past him and straight towards a destination that none of the others knew about.
The previous night: Temperance was finalizing things with her replacement and the nurses who would take over care for her father in her absence.
The day of time travel: Temperance handed over the metaphorical keys to the fleet to her successor and then went to the portal. She heard many stories about this time and the super villains. She felt necessary to have sharpened batarangs in her hands when she passed through. Her father handed her a box to show to his past self to prove her connection to him.
On the other side of the portal she watched in horror as Terr-El attacked Superman. "Damn it Terr." She was careful not to use her last name. She walked up to Batman and handed him the box. "I was told this is a family heirloom passed from father to the first born. I am the latest recipient of that tradition."
The previous night: After leaving his rendezvous with Terr-El he read through the data on the tablet. He studied the security measures, it listed exactly where the spare fuel would be stored. He traveled to the location and scouted it. "That's the most I have ever seen at one time." He siphoned all of the fuel and left the empty containers.
The day of time travel: He was the very last one to enter the time portal he decloaked and waved goodbye to the this time. Just before entering he recloaked.
On the other side of the portal he teleported away to parts unknown to do as he pleased.

Significantly resistant to heat, electricity, water, and vibrations, but only slightly resistant to radiation. Smoke pellets. The belt buckle also serves as a buzz saw to get out of a room quickly or to cut through denser material. Tranquilizer darts Welding tool Wrist-mounted laser capable of melting metal and stunning his opponents.
Personality: Temperance is a hot-head, a talker, and tends to be more social than perhaps someone with her night life should be. Being a bad-girl growing up helped to instill a rebellious streak in her that would follow through her starting career as Batwoman. It has also been noted that she is a bit hard-headed and sometimes requires learning things the hard way.
Caring for her paralyzed father have helped to calm her some, as well as allowed her to improve upon skills she once lacked. Her abilities of observation have improved, and she has even managed to tone down her willingness to attack first and talk later. Though Temperance is still a wild card that may go overboard in getting the job done, her intentions are most often in the right place even if her means are rough.
Temperance takes after Bruce in the fact she has a good heart, though she isn't as stern and serious as his father.
Brief Bio: Temperance is the product of one Bruce's many liaisons. Temperance is the only child Bruce ever fathered. Temperance was one of the survivors of Darkseids attack, her mother was unfortunately not so lucky. She never knew her father until after she found herself on one of the ships in Bruce's fleet. After Bruce discovered Temperance & his connection to her, he took her in. He trained her to take over the fleet eventually. Bruce taught Temperance everything he knew about management and about being a crime fighter. She was put in charge of security throughout the entire fleet. When bounty hunters were sent after Bruce and all his lieutenants, she gathered them all in one place to make a stand. This location was prepped in advance to eliminate as many of the bounty hunters as possible before the fight ever started. At the end of the fight all the bounty hunters were dead, Bruce was paralyzed from the waist down, and sixty percent of the lieutenants were dead.
Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Terr's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. Her biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and her bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure. Heat Vision: Terr can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. She can vary the heat and area affected. Super-Hearing: Terr's hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, she can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency. Enhanced Vision Terr's vision processes the entire electromagnetic spectrum as well as allowing vast control over selective perception and focus. Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Terr can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. She can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, she can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows her to see the aura generated by living thing. Telescopic Vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera. X-Ray Vision: This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. Terr can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. She can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived - such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans - is unclear. This ability perceives an ambient energy source though; it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects. Microscopic Vision: This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level. Infrared Vision: Terr can see with better acuity in darkness and to a degree in total darkness. Flight: Terr is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction. Invulnerability: Due to the interaction of her dense molecular structure and supercharged bio-electric aura, Terr is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, she can extend this protection against toxins and diseases. Superhuman Stamina: Terr is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on his body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep. Superhuman Strength: Terr's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of her musculature. Her strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength. It is this act of conscious will that enables her to perform physical feats that are beyond the mere application force, such as moving a mountain top without said rock crumbling under its own mass. Superhuman Speed: Terr is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to her perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time. This also confers: Superhuman Agility & Superhuman Reflexes Super-Breath: Terr is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. She can chill the air as it leaves her lungs to freeze targets. She can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into her lungs. Mimicry: Through a combination of super hearing and precise muscle control, Terr can imitate another person's voice.
Weaknesses: Vulnerability to Magic & Kryptonite
Equipment: Nightwing Costume
Personality: Terr’s bright and often vivacious demeanour hides a steely determination beneath. The job that she does for the fleet is a serious one. Yet, as far as Terr is concerned, there’s a place for levity as well. She’s not intense, brooding or any way foreboding. Nightwing is, perhaps, the popular face of super-heroing. Batman may wage a one-man-war on crime, Superman may well be the light to lead humanity into its next epoch, Wonder Woman may be on a mission to bring peace to ‘man’s world, but Nightwing doesn’t have any such agenda. She’s just using the powers she’s been given to try to make the world a better place.
Terr’s civilian life is something she holds very dear: Nightwing is a super-hero, something of a celebrity a pin-up and the subject of countless internet fake images, but that’s not Terr. Terr runs engineering, drinks wine, and loves pizza. She watches rom-coms, enjoys junk TV and heavy metal music.
Back story: Three years after the destruction of Earth Superman & Galatea eventually started a relationship as the last of their kind. A year later Galatea gave birth to a daughter. Terr received the same training that Galatea received from Cadmus or as close approximation that Galatea could replicate. Kal was in charge of keeping her grounded and humble. Just like his parents did for him. During school Terr showed a natural affinity for all things mechanical. She would tear down and rebuild machines on almost a daily basis. She began an apprenticeship in engineering of the ship she was born on. To help combat the bounty hunters sent after Bruce Wayne and his lieutenants Temperance turned to Terr to build several machines and traps to reduce their numbers. Terr made them where Temperance could easily activate them with her technopathy. Terr wanted to help even though she was not one of the lieutenants but Temperance refused. Terr didn't listen and followed Temperance to the location and hid. From her hiding spot she was provided cover fire with her heat vision.
Skills: Escape Artist, Marksmanship, Stealth, Tracking, Unarmed Combat, Weapon Master, Acrobat and Martial Arts Fighter (on par with the students of Batman)
Powers: Chameleon, Electronic Disruption, Invisibility, Teleport, Energy Projection (Generates Red X's shuriken, close-combat blades, restraints through adhesion or movement restriction, doorways, electro-disruptors or electrocution-causing devices. His X`s are so tough that Starfire can not break them.)
Weaknesses: Requires Xynothium, unknown to the public
Equipment: Red X Power Suit, Voice Manipulator
Personality: Red X is a thief who is "just looking out for number one", stealing purely for monetary gain. Red X is extremely laid back, he finds battle amusing and voicing derogatory quips as he immobilizes his enemies. He even flirts with female heroes.
On the other hand, despite being a self-serving robber, Red X is not without heroic qualities. Red X rarely preforms acts of true evil and, when the time comes for him to use his powers to prevent disaster; he tends to rise to the occasion. At one he ended up helping Nightwing against a magical opponent. Bruce Wayne unknowingly owes his life to Red X, during the assault by the bounty hunters; the attack that paralyzed Bruce would have killed him if Red X hadn't deflected the majority of the attack.
Back story: Red X first appeared on one of the ships in Luthor's fleet three years after the sterilization of Earth. He appears sporadically across Luthor & Bruce's fleets. He's been captured twice only because he wanted to steal from their evidence locker and it is easier to get inside when they take you there themselves. The only reason they didn't take his mask off was because every time someone tried they received an electric shock that rendered them unconscious. Red X is currently wanted for over a thousand burglaries.
Nightwing has no need for equipment, the only thing that could possibly be added there is the Nightwing costume, but that is just for looks it has no value in combat.
edit: If you need a reason for Red X to be there, I could make the power source for the Time Portal use Xenothium as fuel. You could then show up to steal the reserve fuel and accidentally go through the portal.
I like your idea better than mine, with one minor adjustment, he goes through on purpose.
