Dr. Long's eyes widened when an odd duck mamodo had rushed towards them in a frenzy of determination for battle. He was especially surprised at the power the mamodo, Kali, had left in her. It was the human that was the problem. Watching the duck mamodo fly by, he turned and grinned funnily at the two. "Seems you must restore your energy from within anyway. Come. I'll make tea." He chuckled, opening the door further for them and walking inside of his house. They couldn't attack anymore. Not now at least. They would have to store their energy. Liesl, who sat on the staircase, watched the pair warily in the doorway. Yes, their heart energy was down.. But what business did they have talking to the Doctor?
Welcoming the pair to his living room area, he set down cups of tea and sat down on his chair, sighing loudly. "Before we discuss anything, how about we get associated? As you already know, I am Cornelius Long." Liesl was sitting on the armchair of the Doctor's own chair, and she politely folded her hands in her lap, her small legs hanging off the front. "This is my mamodo partner, Liesl." He gestured towards the two, smiling. "And it seems my partner knows of you, my dear. Kali, is it? You've quite a reputation."
Liesl's grey eyes stared down at her boots. The Doctor then looked at Sev. "And you are? I can't say I've seen you around."
