Ayame seems like fun! I could see Leela both liking her and finding her annoying/rude at the same time (not that Leela herself wouldn't sometimes be annoying/rude, it'd just be on accident in her case :V).

Seems like an interesting premise!
Well on the plus side, the gods on the list are all non-canon ones, so you really don't need to know anything about the canon ones and we'll all be in sort of the same boat as far as familiarity with this danmachi-verse spin on whoever we get goes.
Just to give my two cents, I don't mind voting or dice - dice might actually be kinda fun just because then we could end up with someone nobody really would have voted for, and that can lead to all kinds of interesting things that normally wouldn't happen depending on how the goddess in question is, what their domains are, etc.
