Why was six afraid of seven? Because seven was a well known six offender.

I didn't choose the thug life. The thug life didn't choose me either. I'm fine with this arrangement.

this sounds pretty interesting ^^
Akane clapped as she watched the lights dance. "That was so cool!" She inwardly wished she could show off like that. "unfortunately my magic is much more subtle." she pondered a moment "If i'm not mistaken that was light magic right?"

Ka'bol Island, Aura City

Poppy sighed as she left her clients home. She never understood why people had such a problem with ghost poke'mon. This particular woman had a gengar in her basement. Apparently he had frightened her so bad she nearly fell down the stairs. "Well you would be restless to if you were shut up in a basement." He was in great shape and was just trying to play with her. Poppy clutched the poke'ball in her hand, gently rubbing her thumb across it. "Poor thing. Don't you worry. My grandpa will take good care of you, he can take a joke." She was on her way to the nearest poke'mon center to send the little guy home.

Problem was she wasn't quite sure where that was. She had recently arrived in the city when she got the woman's request. Poppy looked around then giggled "Hey guys, let's go through the back alley ways, maybe we'll find a new friend!" As part of her training she was obligated to take on any request that included ghost poke'mon. She didn't really like that part of the job, but hey, Poppy did learn quite a bit. She walked around for a while, not minding being lost. It came with the territory. She appeared to be heading towards the downtown area. So far she's seen a few zubat and a grimer, but no ghosts. Well maybe sometime soon I can find someone to ask directions.
As Nori got out of the taxi Kameyo tipped him. She has always thought you should tip people when you can. Kame was beaming, she didn't look for praise, but she was glad she could impress Nori. So far she felt like she'd mostly been a huge dork. When she got out she searched her wallet for her I.D. and had it out and ready. "Feel free to mingle and dance, but if you start to get over whelmed you can always find me at the sound booth," Kameyo wasn't very familiar with mingling, but she could try. She had never been to Lush before, but she had heard about it on the radio and seen videos. I'm not sure I can dance in front of people. I mean the only time I've danced is alone in my room. She appreciated the thought of taking shelter at the sound booth, but she didn't want to interrupt Nori at work.

"Go have some fun, darlin'!" That's right, Nori would feel bad if I didn't have a good time. Kameyo then began to plan. As she walked with Nori she was thinking, Dancing might be embarrassing but people might be less inclined to talk to me if they think I'm busy. Also maybe if I keep moving around, they'll think I have somewhere to be, and leave me be. As they got closer the nerves started to build again. ...Maybe a few drinks wouldn't hurt as well. I'll just have to finish them off as soon as I get them so I don't get, what was the word...spiked! That was it. She wondered how many people were going to be there and if she would know anybody. She smiled, But at least she knew one person.

As they walked up to the doors, Kameyo was rather impressed. The place was huge! She could tell from looking in the doors it looked even bigger on the inside, it even had two floors! I bet a ton of people could fit in there. like literally, a ton of people. She stood at the entrance with her mouth open a little. Was she really prepared for this? Then she vaguely wondered who she should pay the entrance fee to, and who she is supposed to check in with. Kame didn't want her roommate to get in trouble. She turned to Nori and said "Hey, how much is the fee to get in?"
Mendy sat in the cafeteria, examining her fellow students.She had gotten some sushi and was nibbling on it. Usually Mendy would have downed the whole dish in two bites but the truth of the matter was,she was nervous. When they had given her the list of classes there was one that stood out like a sore thumb. It was called "Accept yourself". When she asked one of the counselors why it was there, she was told it was necessary for someone with an application like hers. Before she could ask more they handed her a printed copy and herded her out the door. Mendy stared back at the door and sighed. Mom was probably worried about me and told them i was an orphan. She now rubbed her temples at the table, thinking how unnecessary that would be.

She pushed her paper away from the random droplets that fell from her hair. If anyone asks i'll tell them i was in a hurry and took a shower. That one usually worked. Back in high school she could just say she got something in her hair or was practicing for the next meet. As Mendy finished up her food, she blankly stared in one direction. Well at least if I take this course I should ace it pretty quickly, I have no issues with myself. She got to deal with her orphan angst a long time ago. She wasn't ashamed of it, in fact to her she was living proof her parents are good people. Mendy blushed awkwardly and pretended she needed to find something in her bag when she realized this whole tiime she was staring in the same direction as some random guy on his laptop. Hopefully he didn't notice!
Have I been accepted?
Akane made a hand gesture of acknowledgement to the random person that was apparently on the roof, and loosened her coil around Aliaah. She was fascinated by the glow. "Sure go ahead"

@2b3heart
When the awful smell hit her, Akane decided to light her pipe up. She rummaged through her bag as she talked "Aliaah, I'm sure you have nothing to worry about!" Then she found the perfect cone. Dragons blood, HA! Akane kept talking as she lit it. "You are obviously sweet and non-judgmental, you'll have plenty of friends in no time!" She looked up at the dragon and smirked.
Akane smiled and said " I'm great! My name is akane and this is my first year as well. I'm hopeing to make some friends this year, you?"
SHe glanced up and saw Mr.hides-in-the-corner smirking at her new friend and she curled her tail protectively around her.
@LadyTale Aenor, i just need to know if he's talking to akane, i'm about to post
