I didn't choose the thug life. The thug life didn't choose me either. I'm fine with this arrangement.

So...am I the only person amused by the amount of social awkwardness our group has?

Kameyo relaxed a little. She was relived that Arty seemed to understand. He probably had to deal with that sort of thing often at the club. Wow, he has a really nice smile. Kame was lost in thought just looking at him. She thought about how nice he was being and how the light reflected off of his already colorful hair. Just then the waitress came by with her cake, saving her from what she had just realized could have been a disaster. Kameyo thanked the waitress and took her cake.

"Y-yeah. But only if you can! Not to say I don't think you could, because you uh certainly appear fit. Not that I've been checking you out or anything! Not that I wouldn't, it's just that I wasn't and...oh geez." Kame sighed and took a bite of her cake. Slow down and think before you talk would you? " I meant to say as long as it's not inconvenient for you. I only need help because I can't seem to move the bed by myself. There aren't many boxes, so I can handle those myself." She took another bite, if nothing but to shut herself up. Kame has always loved the cakes here. In fact she was enjoying her cake so much she nearly jumped out of her skin when the green haired girl arrived at their table.

I'M NOT PREPARED FOR THIS! It was a rare occasion for Kame that random people approach her. Usually when it DID happen it was only to ask where something was or if she was alright. She often gets emotional when she is sketching out sad scenes for her manga. She's probably here because Arty is here. That made much more sense. He was much more approachable than her ad he probably has girls coming up to talk to him all the time. She had no idea what to think of the green haired girl. That was probably for the best since Kameyo preferred not to just assume things. Unsure of what to actually say Kameyo nodded.
@Aspen Wren Attempting to overcome the ridiculous amount of writer's block I have woken up with today.
Kameyo waved a little as Ryva took after random drunkard guy. She vaguely wondered if it was a good idea to give out your address to random strangers. When Nori stopped the waitress she ordered a chocolate cake, of any kind. Kame's face went almost as red as Arty's hair as his words stumbled out. It was rare for her to get complimented so much, especially in such an embarrassing manner. She watched as he continued to try hiding behind his cup. The poor guy looked about as nervous as she felt. Maybe with Nori here I could try just talking to him.

Kame quietly listened to Nori's rant, she also wondered who she was talking about. Out of no where Nori smacks herself in the forehead. Kameyo had no idea orchids were so delicate. Or that she was so dedicated to her part-time job. I hope they'll be alright. She didn't realize exactly what her words meant until Nori got up. Kameyo panicked a bit as she watched her go. I can't leave! I just ordered! After a few moments of awkward silence she decided now was as good a time as any.

"Hey, i'm sorry for being so rude last night." Rambling on a little, she really wanted to explain herself. "I-i was trying to pay my entrance fee. Nori said not to worry, but I couldn't help it. I also may have had a bit too much to drink..." She tugged at the bottom of her pigtails. He's going to think your a dork now! Not to mention that you hardly made any sense. Seriously where is cake when you need it?
^^' sorry guys, I had internet troubles and also did not realize I was being waited on.
Rain watched Miles leave up the stairs. Something clicked in her mind, if that was upstairs then this was downstairs , which meant she was already exactly where she needed to be! She crawled up right underneath the lion and curled into a ball. Rain yawned and told everyone goodnight. Soon she fell deeply asleep.
Akane looked at the dark elf, relived he decided to come in when he did and not a moment sooner. She grinned at him, he was pretty cute to. She had a feeling she was going to enjoy it here. "Your fine, I just finished actually." She slinked up to him and held out her hand "Hi there i'm Akane. I know you weren't expecting anyone but I could keep you company if you'd like."

As the waitress took Nori's order, Kameyo raised her hand a little bit and was going to order cake. Apparently the waitress did not see her. That's alright, i'll just tell her when she gets back. She was very much used to not being noticed, even though she has blue hair. She settled herself in the seat, pretending (not very well) to be fascinated by the tiny leaflet that was always at the table. It was advertising a new kind of cheesecake they had. Hmm i'll have to try that sometime, but not now. Right now I need chocolate. She glanced up at Arty for just a moment and saw he was avoiding looking at her as well. Oh, I must have offended him at some point last night!

It was then the drunkard approached. Kameyo felt a little bad for Ryva. She had no idea how she would handle it if someone spilled a drink all over her. Ryva went and sat next to Nori, squishing her against Kame. Ryva muttered things in a language she didn't understand. Kameyo sank down in the seat a little as the two went back and forth. She didn't much care for the tension, but it wasn't focused around her anymore so she supposed it was a bit better. She was thinking of how she would probably have to try a little harder to get the waitress's attention. The drunkard left and the tension seemed to dial down, but now she was back in the spotlight.

Kameyo couldn't believe what she was hearing. She froze as Nori put her fingers in one of her pigtails and twirled some around her finger. No one had ever asked that sort of question about her, at least not right in front of her. Kame's face went bright red as he complimented her. Glancing up at him through her bangs she noticed a slight blush run across his face. oh no...MY PRESENCE HAS MADE HIM UNCOMFORTABLE!! ABORT MISSION ABORT!!! Gathering her courage she said in her usual soft voice "T-thank you, Arty." She fidgeted a little, where is cake when you need it?
I'm so sorry!!!!!I've been having internet issues...it's a long story. but anyways I'm back. I'll get started on a post right away!
When Kameyo and Nori walked into the Mochavine, she immediately regretted it. As Nori asked where they should sit, Kame spotted Arty. It's not like it was a hard thing to do, he is hard to miss. Oh dear! I'm not prepared for this! Her original intention was to try and seat them as far away as possible. However before she could say anything, the girl he was sitting with got up and walked over to them. And oh of course it had to be the woman she saw get a drink dumped on her. Kame was not prepared for this level of awkward. All she wanted was some cake. Was that really too much to ask universe?

As the girl came up to Nori, Kame quickly pretended to be fascinated by the pattern on the sweater. She made sure to memorize the types of stitching , in case she was questioned about it later. Just in case. At least she didn't seem mad about the whole thing. maybe Kameyo and her could be friends. That is if she could grow the metaphorical balls to actually look at her. She felt practically frozen aside from her very slow subtle attempt to inch her way behind Nori. Kameyo was desperately attempting to fade out of existence. I'm not here I'm not here I'm not here I'm not here I'm not here.

When she heard Ryva's invite she knew she was doomed. Overly aware that Arty had already seen her she sighed inwardly. She was going to have to face it eventually, weather she liked it or not.
