True enough Dragonbud, nice post btw and same goes for subtleinflections :)

Just so we're all in the same page, here's the additional information I included in the main OOC:

The shelter has a Resident-Guest system. Guests are walk-ins. They arrive in Open Roads to seek food, which is always provided, and a place to stay for the night if space is available. They leave the following morning and may return again in the evening. They may decide to stay and become Residents. Residency is a commitment to put their lives back together and better themselves. They’re provided a room, which shared with one or up to three other individuals, regular meals, schooling and/or training. They are assigned a case worker, who’ll act as their advocate/guardian. The case worker will help guide the teen to a better future.

Procedures are followed before a Guests may stay for the night. 1) They have to sign-in with the name they wish to be called. The names doesn’t have to be their real ones. IDs aren’t required as well. 2) A medical check-up to see if the person is physically injured or sick. First aid is applied if the former is true and over the counter medication is given if the latter. In case the person is suffering from something severe, a staff will accompany them to the nearest hospital. 3) After the check-up, the guests is shown to the dining hall if it’s day or the pavilion (the guest sleeping area) if it’s evening. Guests follow the same routine and rules as the residents and may stay up until before lunch and no longer. They may return in the evening and stay if a place is available.

If a guest decides to become a Resident, they’ll be assigned a case worker. 1) The new resident and the case worker would have a discussion. The individual’s information would be formalized. If they wish, they can provide their real names. If they have a family, they may contact them but this would mean that their parents will be involved during the whole procedure. The Resident’s goals, plans, the house rules and etc. would also be discussed. 2) Studies/Training are mandatory. A resident’s curriculum depends on the assessment of the facilitator. Therapy is optional depending on the case worker and medical examiner but the resident may request participation. 3) Open Roads has a three strikes system, a resident receives a warning if they break the rules. Residents are allowed two warnings, the third means expulsion i.e. back to being a guest.

The House Rules:
1) No alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or weapons within the walls.
2) Be Orderly – if there is a line, fall in line.
3) Any conflict not solve in a mature way will grant immediate expulsion for guests and a warning for residents.
4) Residents may leave the premise during their recreational time. For residents sixteen (16) and above, curfew is 10:00pm. Any resident below sixteen (16) have a curfew of 8:00pm.

Daily Routine:
08:00 – 09:00: Breakfast
09:00 – 10:00: Morning Routine
10:00 – 12:00: Studies/Training
12:00 – 01:00: Lunch
01:00 – 03:00: Studies/Training
03:00 – 05:00: Recreational Time
05:00 – 06:00: Group/1on1 Therapy
06:00 – 07:00: Dinner
07:00 – 09:00: Recreational Time
09:00 – 10:00: Evening Routine
10:00 – 08:00: Lights Out & Bedtime

No, he isn't extreme but he is the extreme of his personality type. :P

Oh I see, well more like we'll see more in the upcoming arc :P

I feel ya! I really love crime movies too- they are so interesting to me.
Alot of my roleplays I've GM'd have some sort of crime/murder involved for the players to solve or overcome.
I'm probably a bit of weirdo for admitting to that- but I just think human reaction is so interesting- everyone is different!

Just made my post- hopefully its good~

It's not weird at all but dang, if you were online 3 weeks ago, you would have like my other RP - Liar, Liar - It's a murder mystery with a twist. Ask TheRider, he's taken part and his character is having *cough* moments *cough*

And your post is great Tori :D yours too TheRider and Norman Reed wasn't extreme but then again I limited the background...
I'll take note of Degrassi. Shameless is on the top of my series lists. I like the reviews so far, imo. I'm still going through my movie lists, bumping crime and teen-drama to the top for research purposes. I'm kinda holding up on series for the moment since want the ones I'm following end so that I can binge watch and start new ones afterwards.

Bahaha, you're talking to a girl who watches the ultimate vast differences in shows.
I enjoyed watching Skins- never saw the other ones, worth watching? I like Degrassi alot when I was younger!
Those kind of shows are silly, but enjoyable in drama. I think it's entertaining and nothing wrong with liking what you like!

I'm going to work on a post right now while I'm up (:

I watched a ton of things as well but you know, some show's are hard to admit that you're a fan. There are other Skins? I thought there was only the one... I haven't watched Degrassi, I guess I have to include it in my list. There's so much to watch and read these days that one doesn't know where to start T.T

This.
That's why I kind of made my character background a little more light hearted.
I figured we were looking more for lifetime drama and frisky- not so much an episode of AHS on crack.

(: Nothing wrong with either of them though. It will make for some interesting conversations

I agree. I find it interesting though that people interpreted the RP so Few of my inspirations of the RP are 'Skins', 'Girl, Interrupted', 'Don't Call Me Crazy' documentary and few other teen drama that I won't list down (might get bashed for my taste :P)

(: Hello FiredSkye, I'm MissCapnCrunch- or some people just call me Tori.
Don't feel awkward- some of these people I've never met before- and I've been here far too long.

You'll be okay <3 If anything- you tell me, and I'll kick their butt for ya!

This' coming from a character who's considered the baby :P But no worries FiredSkye, we'll help you along :D

Andrew Rhodes went to work early. He was in his office reviewing the new residents’ files, scanning their goals and plans they have in mind. There was an influx the past few days that the senior case worker was feeling hopefully. Open Roads was indeed becoming what he envisioned. A haven for lost teenagers, a place that was safe and where they’re able to put their life back on track. His work load was rather light so he’s looking to relieve other case worker’s load but he has to see who’re their willing to drop.

The usual bell ringed at 8:00 am, both guests and residents were making their way to the dining hall. Andrew Rhodes watched from his office window as the scene unfolds. He wonders if one of the guest would become a resident today. Andrew’s thoughts wondered to his troubled youth, his time in juvie and the moment he became change man. He sighed and went back to reviewing the files. At any case, he was eager to work today.
Lols *laughs* Anyways, I'll give Konica a response then I'll post an event for the time skip.
I updated the Main OOC again, check it out. I've include an exterior shot of the building and add few tools/scenarios that you guys can used for your characters.

EDIT: IC is up, feel free to posts :D
Whatever the response of TheRider is, there'll be action upstate! :P
