What I've gathered suggests that, at least ACCESS ministries isn't inherently hateful. However, based on a sermon transcript you can find here, they definitely believe homosexuality is a sin. I don't think they intend to be hurtful to LGBT teens, but they definitely intend to council them on the "sinfulness" of their ways and alienate them intentionally or otherwise.

BTW, Mclean Bible Church is ACCESS ministries. Same people.
