Project Genesis
Observer: Dr. Thomas Connors
Report Number: 21
Name of Subject: Isaac Connors
Age: 19 if not deceased
Gender: Male

Full Grown Appearance:
Isaac is not present for photographic documentation. For accuracy of update, written observation of appearance is included below as noted on last seen date (eighteen years of age).

Height – Measured 5’11 at eighteen years of age.

Weight – Measured 120lbs at eighteen years of age.

Skin – Pulled taut against the bones, suggesting false malnourishment or some other form of eating disorder. When asked about it, he’s as confused – if not scared – as I am. The skin itself appears leathery or all over calloused, when viewed up close, and pale-grey in color. Thick enough to turn away most needles. Nerve damage – or possibly lack of nerves? – at the surface. Skin is shed every so often (ranging from once a month to once every four months) since the onset of puberty; differences between new skin and old skin is subtle – new skin tighter and thicker – and miniscule.

Hair – Messy brown and of average thickness. Trimmed fairly close to head but can cover ears. Nothing unusual to note.

Eyes – Outwardly green-brown, pupils of average shape and size, iris of average shape size, eye-white of average color. Nothing unusual to note.

Developed Behavior: There’s not much that I can say about how my son developed that anyone else could say about their children. I’m proud of who he has become. He’s thoughtful and helpful and gets along well with others. He has his moments of moodiness where he won’t listen to anything from anyone, but what teenager doesn’t? He’s concerned for the well-being of the world, as I have taught him the truth about his origin, but despite this, I know he is scared. I know he wishes as much as I do that he could be a normal kid. All of this is a lot to put on someone’s shoulders, much less a child, but if there is anyone I trust with the job, it’s my son Isaac.

As far as I’ve ever known, he is not rash in his decisions. He may wish he could react more quickly, but he’ll always think everything through before he acts. It’s just the way he’s always thought, and whether that will end up being a downfall for him or not, I don’t know. He thinks so. He has much less confidence in himself than I do, but that’s a recent thing. He used to be so sure of himself and so confident and sometimes I see a bit of it, but not usually. Ever since he became outwardly different from everyone else, he’s withdrawn a bit, but it’s something that can easily be understood. I don’t think any less of him. Ilene certainly doesn’t think any less of him. Anyone who truly gets to know him and care for him as a person won’t think any less of him, and it’s something I really wish I could get through to him. Because Isaac’s major flaw isn’t his appearance, or his tendency to overthink things, it’s how he severely underestimates himself and his abilities.

Previous Reports:

Skillset/Abilities:
- Isaac is intelligent beyond the capacity of an average human being his age, showing adept problem solving skills and expressing an ability to think ‘outside of the box’.

- Isaac has the ability to grow and manipulate the shape of his bones, generally in the form of spikes protruding from various points in his body. While the bones are in no way indestructible, they are rather strong for an average human being. In the past, it pained Isaac to use his ability, but his skin has adapted to a sort of leathery armor seemingly void of nerve endings.

- Isaac’s skin in question is able to turn away most needles and, further inspection shows that he might have an immunity to certain types of bullets – immunity being the inability for bullets to pierce his skin. Should anything of the like hit him, it is still possible for Isaac to bruise outwardly and even internally.

- Despite his appearance, Isaac maintains an above average strength for a human being.

Property:
As far as I know, Isaac doesn’t have much with him besides the clothes on his back and few twenties – minus airfare. While I don’t condone stealing, it is quite possible that if he were to truly need something, he might take it. However, if I know Isaac, he won’t bring himself to unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I apologize for the length. I got a bit carried away....
Hey, just checking, but is there any room for one more?

Uhm, where to begin.... Hey guys, I'm Ruugard (Pronounced "Rew-guard") and I'm 19 years old. I used to rp a ton in middle/high school - on other sites - so forgive me any faux pas, it has been years. I'm usually inclined towards fantasy and more fiction-based storylines, but that in and of itself can be a broad topic, so in other words, I'll happily join almost any roleplay. Unfortunately I am known to write a page when only a sentence is asked of me (unless I'm writing about myself) , so that, I guess, is where I am limited. Hopefully I'll be able to get back into the swing of things though, and I look forward to writing with any and/or all of you!
