The earth pony finished his breakfast and caught a ride several miles down road to the Gallop-polis Ferry. Paying the fee, he went on a trip up the river to catch the train heading out of Coltlumbus.
Quiet town. Nothing really ever seems to occur within its borders. The ponies are kind and the police spend a lot of time just waiting for crime to happen. Sometimes it occurs, other times it fits not. Today is a calm day.
Park downtown, second and third street had businesses and places to hang out, there is a dock at the river with boats on the water all hours of the day, a all on fourth street, and several shopping centers on first with a bride out of town. A rail road used to run through the town but is long since abandon. Tug boats run on the river and the next big town close to the village is Pleasant Point.
All knowledge inside was just on the local area. Outside of some national history to fill in gaps about the original settlers and famous ponies who lived and where born in the county, nothing was in there.
The museum breaks down the history of the town, the original immigrants, his the river has served as transport for years, how it has grown into the city it is today, and the growth it is racing for in the future.
While Epos was signing the documents, he over heard two ponies reading over a news paper. "Can you believe it?" The first of the two said, "The prized Gem of Crest Water was stolen last night."
"I know," replied the second one, "according to the news paper, the security was not aware of the heist until after it was completely done."
"What more," the first one added, "they spotted that miscreant Vici Veritas at the scene."
"Oh that pony always seems to be at these crimes when they occur."
"They didn't catch him as he slipped out of thirty grasp once again."
"It's just a matter of time before his crime catches up with him."
"I know," replied the second one, "according to the news paper, the security was not aware of the heist until after it was completely done."
"What more," the first one added, "they spotted that miscreant Vici Veritas at the scene."

"Thank you," he said before walking out. Once he got on the streets, he took a quick trout over to visit world and saty down. With a cup of coffee and some biscuits, he looked over a two way train ticket, a map of equestria, and a ticket to a stage show.
