My shoulder is feeling better still in a sling, me as a person is also feeling better. Gonna start catching up to all my RP's!

Dislocated shoulder again :( so RP-ing will be slower but HEY I found a position where I can still do it which is good.

Max didn't know any new people coming in, then again he didn't talk to many people. "They would have to state their name and present and example of their power if I remember correctly. If their is a new kid they might introduce us all to him or her and make us all do it.
Max looked at the other kids entering and gathering around "I think it's Power Development time, it's where we develop and get better at our powers."
Max thought about it more and more. The more he thought about it, the more he liked the idea. All he could do now was turn his skin into diamond but who knows maybe in a couple of years he could be a super hero! Max got excited for the first time in a long time. "I like the sound of that, I'll have to try to get better at my powers" Max liked Jack, he felt like Jack could be the first friend he has had in a long time.
Max looked confused, he had never thought about what he could fully do. All he had done in the past was turn his skin into indestructible diamond. Although he had never tried manipulating other minerals. "Mineral manipulation? I never tried that, I always was just able to turn my skin into diamond"
Max felt bad for the kid. It mad him remember why he was here which then made him even more sad. "I got put into this Orphanage when I was just a year old because my parents didn't know how to handle coping with my powers. My skin will turn into diamond sometimes when I am scared or excited. I can do it by myself but it'll still go off on its own. I think that's why my parent's left me." Realizing he was rambling on about his past, Max snapped out of it and tried to converse with the kid normally. " Anyway I'm Max, what's your name?"
Max stares at the shadow in major interest. "Oooh that's really cool!
Max stops and looks at Jack and then awkwardly rubs neck and says "Yeah I guess I just wasn't expecting anyone to come....he he"
Max heard what Jack said about a statue made of diamonds and started looking around and then looked at himself and realized he was talking about him. Max still didn't move however, what was he to say? He had no idea, so he just stood still. Scared and nervous.
