You can try all you want. I know I am far too biased to ever believe otherwise.

If you are concerned with power, popularity or control, yes your reputation matters. Regarding truth, morality, and such, less so. Off topic, but CREED II is gonna be awesome.

Well, that depends on what you are concerned with.

Name: Hiram Oxton

Age:19

Gender:Male

Nomadic or sedentary: Sedentary

Weapons: A bolt action rifle with a low mag scope, an antique cavalry sabre,a large rectangular shield in the style of the Roman’s, finally a stubby hack-knife, normally kept in his boot.
Skills: He’s a fair shot with a rifle, one of the better in his settlement and a tenacious fighter, He also well educated in basic survival skills and good with his hands, alot of equipment maintenance falling to him, or as well as assisting in basic repairs of the Settlement.

Any unusual traits? Does it show physically?: He’s rather quick, and has an abnormally high endurance. Being a Town guard, neither of these traits have become noticeable aside from casual remarks to his boundless energy, and what a hard worker he is. As well, strong thorn-like bones have begun to sprout from his arms and hands, he wears thick gloves to keep these concealed, though they could grow beyond practical concealability. Up until these bizarre growths began, he hasn’t ever had a day where he was sick.

Appearance: Tall and lanky, with fragile shoulders, and a thin build, barely looking to posess an ounce of muscle. Hiram hardly cuts an imposing figure, even wearing the garb of a Guard. He has short, messy black hair , that looks as if it was cut with a dull knife, roughly framing his pale, malnourished, but surprisingly aesthetic face, sharp, angular features giving him an almost permanent intensity. He has bright blue eyes, that he’s been told is his best feature, an immutable innocence radiating from the orbs. ((I also have a picture but couldn't seem to figure out how to embed it...))

Brief Personality: Hiram is a soft spoken individual, rarely speaking above a murmur, even when he tries, unless under considerable stress. He strives to be as helpful as possible for those he lives and works with. He hardly ever complains, unless the situation truly calls for it. Slow to react, with a analytic mind, quite a few people have made the mistake of writing him off as stupid, cluelessly dismissing him while he repeated a problem over and over in his head. Timid, despite serving as a guard, he is far more concerned with preserving what he has, then fighting to claim more, putting him at odds with certain factions within the guard.

Background(Please reveal your current location): Born in the year after the fall of man, Hiram never had an opportunity at a 'normal' life, as his parents put it. Despite this - forgetting the early years of his life, when the world was still in chaos as more ambitious folk than his parents scrambled to hold the crumbling pieces together - his life has not been too out of the ordinary, he grew up in a relatively safe, and prosperous settlement. At times, his father tried to pass on knowledge from the old world, while his mother tried to teach him more about the natural world, before it was perverted by fallout. Eventually, as all good things do, his childhood home came to an end. A brutal attack by bandits. Slavers in the night. Fire. Hiram hid in the crawlspace, holding his hands to his ears, trying to muffle the horrible noises echoing through his peaceful world. When morning came, Hiram crawled out from the ruins, and walked off in the first direction he looked, his soot covered face staring blankly ahead. He would have travelled that way until he withered away, if a Guardsman hadn't stumbled upon him several hours later. Not knowing what had happened, the Guardsman immediately understood, taking pity on the young boy. Extending a hand to the boy, the Guardsman offered Hiram the chance to accompany him, explaining that there was safe refuge, with a giant copper guardian, that would keep him safe. From that day on, Hiram became a part of the Town Guard, he spent the rest of his chidhood, and teenage years living on the Liberty Island Settlement, when he had finally grown up, he set out into the world to begin to repay the generosity shown to him by the Guards. He is currently stationed at a sizable Settlement arranged along the coast of bay, roughly 20 kilometres south of the island

Alone, or with someone?: Most likely with other Guardsmen.

Other: (Nothing atm)
It's a good thing then that he's not gonna die then... I hope >.> I'm off to Brainstorm!

Also do you intend on the PC's working together, or is it more of a winner takes all?
Hello, just dropping a quick line to voice my interest, I'll get to work on developing a character, quick question though, I hadn't ever heard of Tower of God before, loved rwby (if Qrow dies, we riot)

I ended up looking it up, seems interesting, where can I read the entire thing?
Alright, I'll begin brainstorming ideas' until the OOC is up, or a CS skeleton.
Hmmm, it sounds fun! I'm interested, if you have room for me! Not sure about my character atm though...
Well, hello there everyone! I'm Spooki! I hope we get along swimmingly! I've been roleplaying for a few years now; I got my start in MMO's like WoW and GW1, which - while fun times - inevitably had to come to an end. From there, I fooled around with, Play-by-post, and a bit of independent writing. Eventually as things tend to happen, life caught up with me, and I dropped out of reading and RPing, entirely.

Now with the start of the new year, and with the majority of my troubles buried, abandoned, and hopefully gone forever, I decided now would be as good a time as any to test the proverbial waters, as well as to indulge my love of reading. I'll try my best to not get myself too in over my head.
As for me, well, I'm a pretty typical person, Video games, music, reading and writing, TV, I dabble in music production and artistry(emphasis on the DABBLE)) When roleplaying, I tend to look for interesting stories, or settings, something that will get the cogs in my head turning, speaking of cogs -yes- I am a fan of steampunk! As well as Fantasy, Cyberpunk, Sci-Fi, Urban... I'll stop now before you get tired, suffice it to say, I am open to almost any roleplay, so long as it has that element of awe and wonder I had when playing pretend all those years ago!

...

......

Am I done? Can I go now? I'm not sure If I should put anything else here... Toodles!
