"I would be honored then to accept your job offer." Azurael replied to T'vor. She did quirk an eyebrow at his comments though. She bit back any of her own smart aleck remarks.

Her mind flickered back to Grim. She'd have to thank him for directing her towards the demons. Under her breath and nearly inaudibly she whispered "Thank you Grim".

"Wait... What? Why me? I clearly wasn't that good even on the Angel Guard." Azurael said, shocked and dumbfounded.

Damien looked somewhat upset that he would not have some-one to banter with as much as he liked. He was pleasantly surprised that one of the Angel guard would be so friendly with Demons.

Azurael looked at the General at a complete loss for words. "Um" was all Azurael could say.

Sasha scarpered, she knew better than to fight a losing battle. She would fight this battle another day.

"No, not at all. He is excellent to work under." Azurael responded to Sephiroth, and she meant it to.

Azurael did wonder if the princess knew how to pick her battles. On earth the Demons would likely have the upper hand. Their technology would likely trump the Angel magic if concealment was a priority. Besides a war on Terran soil would be unlikely to enamour them to the native inhabitants.

Azurael grinned to herself as she woke up the next morning. She had enjoyed the work and enjoyed bantering with the purple winged Damien. She ate her breakfast after putting her quarters in order. Azurael then went to the control room.

True to her word she wasn't wearing her armour. Instead she was had donned a pair of black slacks, a baby blue turtle neck, and some black oxfords.

She sat down at her station and began her work.

Damien followed along shortly after.

The two acknowledged each other with a brief exchange of insults before knuckling down.

It wasn't too long before Sasha stormed in, and was about to live up to the royal brat impression she gave some people. "AZURAEL! What do you think you are up to!? You will come with me and do the duties you have neglected for the last day or so! Then you will be placed under arrest."

"No. I do believe I was offered and accepted the offer of citizenship with the Demon kingdom. I am not under your rule any more. Find someone else to take advantage of and run into the ground."

By the look on her face it was evident nobody have ever dared to speak to Sasha like that.

A demon beckoned Azurael over and sat her down on a chair beside him. "I'll teach you but learn quick, or Dragon-breath over there might do to you what he threatened to the idiot before."

Azurael listened and watched on diligently the Demon tutored her, gradually taking over more of the duties at that particular console until the demon just left her by herself and was monitoring his own array of consoles. Azurael absorbed herself in her work and before she knew it she was being prodded on the shoulder for some-one to take over for thier shift.

The demon who had taught her walked up to her as he was relieved "You done well for a White wing."

Azurael retorted "You taught well for a tar-feather." She thought it was a mighty fine insult.

A slight smirk pulled at the edges of the Demon's mouth. "Well, I'm Damien Abraxon, snow-brain."

Azurael responded "Well, I'm Azurael Winchester, your lady-ship." She had evidently noticed the slight purplish tinge to his hair and wings.

Despite the fact that both of them happened to be adults, this insult battle continued well past them walking out of the control room and only stopped once they separated to go to thier separate quarters.

Azurael was well relieved that she didn't share the same quarters with the princess.

Name: Damien Abraxon
Nickname: -
Age: 25
Species: Demon
Job Position: Communications and Signals Operator
Power/s: Slight telekinesis.
History: Damien was a very happy go lucky child and was the class clown. He was well cared for by his parents, but he fell in love with an Angel and as a consequence he and his parents fell out. Unfortunately with out an income, his love was not interested in him either. Heart-broken and down he worked hard to put himself through school and even harder to get and win a scholarship so he could learn everything about communications and signals. As far as he knows, neither his parents nor his lost love made it onto a Terran bound ship.
Personality: He can seem quite grumpy, blunt, and impatient at times but he really is a teddy bear on the inside. He is a great and loyal friend and a fearsome enemy.

"I have served as nothing more than a Royal Guard and as security aboard this confounded ship. Some-one will need to teach me how to do whatever it is you want me to do. I'm a weather witch not a mind reader." Azurael stated. "Other than that, I am more than happy to get my 'feathers dirty'".

To herself she thought "Draconian demon."

"A job, I was sent here by Sephiroth. I am no longer welcome amongst the Angels." Azurael said. She was somewhat intimidated by the General. She decided to add "Sir" just in case.

"I can get rid of the cumbersome armour then. I hate it." Azurael said vehemently.

"I am Azurael Winchester. I know your name."

Azurael politely dismissed herself and went to the control room. She immediately saw the General Highwind Sephiroth was referring to and found herself agreeing with Sephiroth's description. She walked up to the General. "General?"

"Thank you Your Highness, you are a lifesaver. I can deal with disdain well enough, try being a thief in the Angelic kingdom."

" I have but one question. Will I be required to change uniform? Ido not mind doing so". Azurael accompanied the statement with a gesture at the silvery blue armour she was currently wearing.

"Also, what is your Generals name? I can't just call him 'hey you'".
