Dexter - The Eternal Struggle
Dexter stood there by Ev's side, his face the look of total exctement and his grin was taking up much of his covered face, which was quite an achievement for him. As he stood there, he couldn't help but hope that this person wasn't some sort of interdimensiol travelling demon who was gonna rip his soul to shreds and then laugh as she ate them. If that was the case, he though he'd better run.
Then suddenly he was saved! By the most annoying person he had ever met! He looked down at the girl, her whole being baffled him. Her glasses, her voice, HER SIZE! "Is that an oompa loompa reject..." He muttered under his mask, totally confused by the goings on. "oooh paper! Gimme!" And then he had taken the paper, and the struggle had began.
His excitement had made him breathe heavily, of course they wouldn't be able to tell since the gas mask would've covered the sound, but now, another problem had arisen. His eye holes were fogged up. He couldn't see a thing, nothing at all, just fog. He stared at the paper, he glared, he shook it, until his fog had disappeared, why, he didn't know himself. He licked his lips as he read it and then realisation dawned. He had a room mate, he'd never had a room mate before, they were supposed to be super awesome. "Ooooh, I've never had a room mate before, are they good huh Ev?" He asked in a quite excited tone, and he even squealed. "LISA! ITS US! WE'Re ROOM MATES!!! WE ARE GONNA BE LIKE BESTIES!" Then he tried hopelessly to calm himself down. "Sorry, excitement, your room mate sounds cool to Evelenia? That's what Ev's short for right?"
