Yo! Definitely interested in this, mind if I claim a Rider slot?
Valentina

Towards Police Station, Sunrise

As the journey continued, Valentina nodded idly as she listened to her Rider's advice and insight to the ongoing altercation. Luckily her familliar had succeeded in being hidden within the bush enough so she could get a pretty solid picture of the entire affair, commentating what she was seeing to Rider. If it was true that this was a combat between two of the most powerful Knights and a vicious animal that was Berserker, they might luck out with them wiping each other out.

They would be so lucky.

Her attention was snapped back to reality when the atrocious deviance approached their limo and attempted to work their magic on Rider, and she watched in quiet amusement as he swiftly dispatched of them. In her head she allowed herself to count the amount of bodies they already had in the library, the number of humans was quickly rising.

"I hate to be the one to break this to you Rider, but unfortunately this is the entire point of me being here. What you just encountered is commonplace in the 21st century, the norm for those who have only known this. For one like myself, I have watched in horror at the decline of humanity, falling further and further into decadence and depravity. Women of the night who have to turn to such vulgar vocations due to other humans concocting horrifying mind destroying narcotics, abusing each other, spreading hate and fear..." She tightened her wooden fist as she got to work sewing another familiar, sighing.

Turning her attention to the doll she allowed herself to continue talking. "When I am through with this war Rider, we will see another dawn of the golden age. I dreamt of walking the streets of your Assyria, but I was created by those who had fallen into self-obsession and sin. My very existence was to be an outlet for human sin for a single man, who thought himself worthy of such leisure." She stopped herself and looked down at her patchwork companion as she finished the stitching on him.

She could feel something. It was getting closer. Maybe it was the direction they were going, towards someone else with a Heroic Spirit who perhaps she was right in being cautious.

"Rider...prepare yourself, I believe we have attracted the attention of someone or something, or we are dangerously close to an enemy's territory, either way...." She trailed off, focusing on her familiar. "I promise you we will be victorious, wipe this slate clean, bring back another golden age, free of the stains of time"

She grinned looking at him from her seat, her hands beginning to wave around the familiar, precise fluid movements, as if dancing around this figure that was about to be animated.

Police Station, Downtown

As he drove, Valentina relaxed in her seat, the journey was quite comfortable, smooth and efficient. It was at this moment she felt gratitude for such a graceful driver, she could only dread what one without Riding would have done and how clunky the ride would have been. In truth, this mode of transport was chosen as celebrities in limos was quite common but she knew after their activities tonight, dumping the vehicle would be the best plan of action.

Simply nodding to her chauffeur, she swiftly set up a bounded field, encapsulating from her position to the police station, allowing her Rider to play out his plan uninterrupted. As he left her she couldn't help but think about what may need to be done to win this war. Whilst some would embark here to have the experience under their belt and return home with the honour of being a combatant in a Holy Grail War, Valentina was here to win. Success was her goal, without it what had been her existence for so long. No other alternative could bring her the pleasure and catharticism that this Grail offered her. Truly, it was a magnificent thing. Outliving her family had given her malicious glee, but the fact that she would accomplish so much more than them? That was true bliss.

She pulled her thoughts back, focussing on the now, not bothering to check on Rider. An ancient king who cared only for knowledge, she respected him and allowed him to his own activities. Sitting idly by made her fake skin crawl, reminding her of how boastful her Creator was of her. Magus. With that memory she turned her attention to her patchwork creation.

Sitting idly by, having followed the orders of the Puppet, a patchy doll laid dormant in a bush, its button eye peering out as it laid in the dirt, a little trick to make onlookers think it had been nothing but a tossed away toy. But this was one of Valentina's Friends, and the construct peered into the park, watching the onslaught between a wild Red Man and a white haired youth. Only after the arrival of another and a vicious attack of metal did the construct scramble further into the brush, desperate to avoid the danger that had just introduced herself

"Fascinating..." She whispered to herself before returning her attention to her own surroundings, suddenly Rider had reappeared in the driver seat and she turned to him, an eager smile on her face, very pleased with his haul. "Excellent news!
We should hit our next target quickly before any alert is raised.
She nodded as she thought to the nearest place on the map that her had shown her. "I believe our next target should be in Sunrise Manor, although, the choice is yours"

She hummed idly as she crossed her legs, ideas bundling up about enchantments she could utilise to further their goals. "I'm sure you may be aware, but the enemies nearby have now increased to three. Three brutes, battling it out in the park like mindless animals. I thought the Red Haired one to be Berserker but now I am not so sure. All three fight with vicious power, none have utilised any conventional weapons, only fists and their surroundings. That at least rules out Saber or Caster"

Perfect. With that reply from her Partner, Valentina allowed an almost inhuman smile cross across her face, the edges of her mouth just a little to wide before she stared at Rider with a blank expression in her one eye, unable to fully put any emotion in her eye. She knew his love for knowledge would be what would carry them through this war, that and his magnificent Library, a testament to his power.

"Of course! I know little of this task, breaking people is somehing that my magic does for me automatically, never have I had to draw someone out of their natural being. That is more of your wheelhouse, now of course" Her control dropped from the limo driver, his fate sealed as she glimpsed the room that Rider had created, a devilish smirk on her lips as the door slammed front in front of her. Truly this was the partnership she had been needing.

She glided alongside her servant as he discussed the expedition, giving his map a good look before nodding. "Truth be told, my preparations needed much more work and I apologise for such. Enemies are nearby and I feel my misunderstanding of this city's layout has led us to the heart of the storm. Perhaps this may prove beneficial in the long run." She let herself explain to him, sending off another ragged patchwork creature, sending them all in the direction of the two powerful presences she was feeling.

As they stepped into the elevator she dusted herself off and eyed up her Partner again, before shaking her head. A normal outfit would barely suit him, and right now, she couldn't care much for blending in. "Those locations are suitable. I look forward to seeing your skill of Riding, Ancient King! This war is full of surprises, even now with just you, I feel like my goal is finally in reach!" They stepped out of the elevator and she motioned for him to follow as they approached the limo.

"If we encounter any trouble on our way, for tonight we should attempt to keep your identity secret. If there is a battle that can be won, I say we should attempt, but I cannot afford to lose you if we have any unfortunate failures, I hope this is understandable?"

With that she slid into the long passenger compartment of the Limo, sitting just behind the driver's seat, crossing her legs and humming slightly, very much in the mood to find another Magus to see just how well they cope with a familiar that could rip them to shreds.

She concluded her stitching of a small patchwork humanoid, looking vaguely human but with two button eyes it was very obviously little more than a creation of her own. She delivered a small kiss on its forehead as she listened intently to Rider, enjoying his rendition of Billy Elliot, a movie she had watched during her travels as she debated the best way to bring about what she wanted in the world.

"Your impact on the world certainly has lasted, yet humans continue they seek out more and more, one can only wonder what it would be like if knowledge was something they didn't care for, without knowledge what would the world be like today.. She trailed off slightly, eyes going vacant as she gazed off before snapping back to attention, her neck moving too quick and sudden for a human as she turned back to her Servant.

The term Servant was a vague term she cared not for. They were partners and allies, not master and servant. Even when she created new beings to help her, her own familiars, she gave them enough sentience to be able to act up against her if they so chose to. But, they had never taken that option before, so why take it now. In truth, Valentina did not intend to summon Ashurbanipal, but instead another figure from the Epic of Gilgamesh.

Made from a clay doll, Enkidu would have been her first choice, her Creator having told the story to her once, she became enamoured with the ideas of others like her. Having him as an Ally in this war would have been a chance to know another of her Kin, but gazing upon the master of knowledge and torture, she knew that the Grail had chosen someone far more compatible with her. The marionette dropped her patchwork friend to the floor and he scuttled off down the corridor outside of the suite.

The walls changed around her, the old world merging into the new world, Rider's power allowing such a union to take place. Valentina had suspected as much power from the Master of the Library, and she knew too well of the attention that they might attract. She knew little of anyone else involved, Clocktower, Church? They both sounded likely. Her presence had been kept to a minimum as she knew she would be a threat if her presence was known.

Snapping to attention, she clapped her hands together, a noticeable wooden noise could be heard as she did, and the limo driver began to walk, his legs acting almost separate from his body as she directed him to the door. Stepping through, Valentina watched the poor man go to his doom, but deep down, she couldn't care less. Casualties in this war were, if anything, a welcome bonus. "The origin of knowledge is at your disposal it appears. The other Servants have not made any moves yet, but my friends will do my recon. Would you prefer me at your side my King, or shall I stay in this fortress, it is quite delightful here, much more ornate than my Sicilian Workshop, although, I doubt most of Europe were places you frequented"

She put a hand to her face as she began to slide into a dance again, her body moving naturally into a simple dance, that could very easily turn into a ritual. "This library will bring them to us if we make ourselves obvious, perhaps they would feel most welcome here.."
Edge of the Mojave

The harsh sun of the devil beat down on the desert wasteland, not a soul in sight besides the sole wanderer. At least to some, that is what she would have appeared as.

Dressed like a Victorian doll, the lone figure flowed through the harsh air, using the sand as a pallette for her foot, drenched in blood. When finally the pattern was finished to her ideal picture, a smull humming began to emanate from the girl, beginning to dance lovingly around the pattern, idly eyeing up the glowing marking on her hand, a vacant smile as she did so.

She need not utter a word, her dancing was in a way, words without complications. Slowly but surely, the pattern began to glow. Her smile grew into one of pleasure as she curtsied at the edge of the circle, awaiting her Servant.

"Welcome back to the world"

-"And then Rider, the one known as Billie Elliot still succeeds and his love of dancing is rewarded with an acceptance to the Ballet School, even though he physically assaulted another. Then he performs the marvellous Swan lake, a testament to his ability""

The girl idly danced around their suite, eyeing up the surrounding area as she cast a gaze over to Rider again, curious to know what the ancient king thought of the much more modern world. Unlike most, she had the chance to watch as the centuries changed, but that was much less interesting when you are trapped in a Sicilian Workshop until the turn of a millennia. But just as she had aspired to, she prospered and here she remained.

Her summoning she wanted done in private, afterwards she had directed Rider to follow her to the limo parked nearby, courtesy of one unfortunate airport limo driver who had discovered just how charming she could be, especially with those pretty little strings embedded within him. Her money supply was solid, not exceptionally large however, she made use of what she could. After the arrival in Vegas, Valentina made short work of the strip, having done her research she knew that the penthouse suit of the Excalibur Hotel was reserved but no one had occupied it for weeks.

All it took was a few words.

Now here she was, gliding around the eccntric room, her feet pointed and precise as they glided around the floor, a dance that could quite quickly turn into a ritual. Her guard was up, if anything went wrong here she would lose everything. She had "asked" a bellboy very nicely to put her extra cargo in a safe location in the casino below them and that alone was a worry.

"I hope that tale is detailed enough to be remembered in your library Ancient One" She remarked to him as she gazed out the window, clenching her fist hard as she watched humans mull about in their own depravity. Sin City, what a disgusting place. A place where humans enslaved their own kind with devilish acts. If she had a stomach she would've been sick. "Perhaps your library may be an idea soon, I can feel the air tighten around us. Tell me, what do you think of this new world, it is interesting, no?"

As she spoke she picked up her needle and thread and a smull patchwork husk, getting back to work.
