Except Arty doesn't get thrown. He latches on and burns the heck out of you. ;)

Couple things in regards to the new stats.

1. The cloning. I'm not really comfortable with this power, since it has no drawbacks and essentially makes you twice as powerful every time you use it, and can be used over and over to create an army of yourself. Barring some drastic limitations being added to that specific power, I can't see it fitting into the same level as the rest of the characters. A decoy duplicate with a cooldown period would be fine, but as it is every clone would also have all of the originals other abilities too.

2. Electrical attack. Is he a shapeshifter or an energy manipulator? It's conceivable that he could partially insulate his nervous system (to avoid damaging himself) and vibrate his molecules in some fashion to generate enough static electricity to shock someone, but without energy manipulation as a power he wouldn't be able to actually control that electricity. It would be discharged into the first grounded object he touched. And the five to ten mile through the ground thing is way too high. Arty's main power is electricity manipulation, and even he can't manage anywhere close to a mile through the air, much less the ground. And again, you'd have to be able to actually control the electricity itself in order to prevent it from simply dispersing into the ground instead of seeking out your target, even at a distance of a couple feet. So basically what I'm saying is that as a shapeshifter, generating enough static shock to cause pain and temporary paralysis is fine, but it has to discharge into the first grounded thing you touch (even if that's not your intended target) and using it through the ground as a ranged attack is a no go.

3. The dash. How fast is the dash?

4. Earthquake. Just keep in mind this isn't an auto-dodge. If your opponent is in midair, for instance, it wouldn't do anything to alter their attack (and even if they're not, they may still be able to find a way to cope with it while continuing their attack).

5. The wind clap. Another thing to just keep in mind. Its ability to deflect a projectile will depend on the projectile. A low power fireball? Sure. A bullet? Nope. The amount of wind that would have to be involved to noticeably affect a bullet or similar projectile over that short a distance is way beyond the level of our characters to create.
He moved forward slowly, one step at a time, until he was just beyond the reach of her blade. "Well well well, who do we have here?" The question was a probing one, and half rhetorical as well. He didn't honestly expect an answer from the girl, but the change in her demeanor had been too sudden and too obvious to miss. A moment ago she had been uncertain of herself, fumbling over his false proclamation to confess and how she should handle the situation, but now she was the very epitome of the confident warrior, completely sure of herself regardless of the opponent she faced. There was no way this was the same girl that had arrived on the scene.

Or, he supposed, she might just be a very skilled actress. Though if that were the case, the sudden change in tactics still didn't make sense. Either way, he'd have to find out what this new side of her was capable of before it could surprise him in a much more lethal way. He hated that kind of surprise. Unless he was the one giving it, of course.

His right foot stepped back and the retracted staff in his hand came up in a loose mockery of a traditional fencer stance, and he tapped the staff lightly against the flat of her blade.

*ting!*

Assuming she didn't then decide to launch her own "counterattack", he drew the staff back to it's starting position a few inches away from the sword blade. "Are you sure you want to do this, girl?" He didn't wait for her response before snapping the still retracted staff back toward the blade, this time hard enough to elicit an electrical jolt on impact. Not enough to cause real harm even if the sword was entirely conductive, but enough to numb the arm slightly if that was the case. Or at least give the muscles a good twitch. Either way, he would soon know if the sword had proper insulation or not. Most did not.
I'm not sure the heat resistance of the material would actually matter. It would require a much higher temperature to make a more heat resistant material glow that brightly, and so would still compromise the integrity of the blade. I can't really argue the mental control though, so I guess just carry on. Lol.
Hey Ozzy? What happened to your cloak when you flash-forced that blade? That's a lot of heat and light to try and conceal, and you never mentioned dropping the cloak.

That, and if LeeRoy gets his sword in position to block, I wouldn't be surprised if your blade bends in half or breaks off entirely. There's a reason you have to heat swords up in order to shape them, and let them cool before using them.
Or left and never came back.

Because he died peacefully in his sleep of "natural causes"...
You still around, Dynamo?
Looks like Ozymandeus.
Ryomi Fiett Leitannia vs. Bloodshot (Match 1)

A tennis ball sized globe of energy traveling a thousand feet per second, give or take a few hundred, would do a lot more damage than any fastball. So much more, in fact, that any human getting struck by it would probably be lucky just to keep their body intact for the funeral. Of course, there was always the option of cremation. Which would thankfully make the point moot.

Unless, of course, the aforementioned energy globe didn't transfer kinetic energy like normal matter did, which Bloodshot realized must have been the case when his right hand snapped up to "catch" the small blue globe. He'd allowed the momentum of his strike to carry him full circle, and when his eyes caught sight of the attack he reacted on instinct, he didn't have time to think it through. Only after the orb struck his hand did he realize how close he'd been to breaking every bone in it, or at least making it sting for the next three days. A projectile traveling at that velocity should have hit ten times harder than it did, but for some reason this girl was pulling her punches. That puzzled him for a moment before realization dawned.

She thought he was just a human. Wearing some fancy armor, sure, but just a plain old human nonetheless. At least she used to. The fact that he'd even been able to react to the orb told her he was a lot faster than any normal human, but at this point that would be all she knew. Smiling slightly beneath his mask, he shook his hand as the little blue ball disappeared, as though to wring out the sting left behind by catching it. In reality, he'd barely felt the impact, but the less she knew about what he could do, the better.

The staff in his left hand retracted, and he straightened from his knees-bent, muscles-tense, ready-for-anything stance. "Neat trick. You're faster than the reports claimed. Care to come down here and make his an even fight? Not all of us can run away into the sky, you know."
At this point, just pick a target and run with it.

And with regards to your charging, prepped attacks only count if they're prepped for more than one post. LeeRoy's guy can defend against your attack as though it's an unprepped one, since you didn't wait at least one post to release it. That said, he is very flammable and has to be realistic in his defense... Lol.
Just to be clear about the post above this one (as I realized upon reflection how bad it sounds), I'm not actually disappointed. I'm loving the bit of rivalry between Solomon and Cora, and your post was excellent. :)

I think we just hit a spot of bad timing and posted almost simultaneously, so you weren't in the frame of mind to include Cora's entrance in the rest of your post. I apologize if the disappointment remark felt degrading. It wasn't intended that way (sometimes my sarcasm runs away with me if I don't keep it on a short leash).
