Moderate burning would be in the 200-400 degree Fahrenheit range (ever try to grab a metal pan straight out of the oven barehanded?). 500 degrees would become severe for a normal person pretty quickly if they couldn't get away from it.

How fast can they move when he launches them?
Even with one cubic meter of volume, he could make a construct 1cm x 1cm x 1 kilometer long. There's more than enough material for the chains he used on Arty in 1 cubic meter of volume (especially since it was a charged attack). If it were me, I'd limit the 1 post generation to 2 cubic meters, plus 1 cubic meter more per tick. To be honest though, it's not the amount that is the biggest issue, it's the temperature. Right now it's unspecified but still somewhere in the several thousand degree range, which is too much for a tier 3 when they can use it the way he can.

Regarding the range, are you saying he can no longer launch his spikes or constructs at an opponent? Because launching them would be completely fine, so long as a speed is specified. It was only the instantaneous aspect of his ranged capability that was overpowered.
There's nothing strictly wrong with it, but it leaves me with very little to work with so it's better to try and avoid things of that sort.

If you want to change the few minute time frame between when she thought of the mine and when she arrived to a few hours, Bloodshot could show up clad in dark and imposing armor to save the day. ;)

Scratch the fight, I'm just gonna do my own thing. Can I just post now because it won't be in a fight?Edit:Or is that not how this works

You can post whenever and wherever you want in the arena, so long as you don't try to interfere in a fight in progress without getting OOC permission first.

Oh, and Vordak, I think that unless it's specifically mentioned in a CS, charging more than one thing at a time would be disallowed. Even if it is mentioned in the CS, it would need to be evaluated on a case by case basis.
@Drall: 5 cubic meters is a LOT of volume for a power like that. In a single post, he could coat an area 20 meters by 25 meters in 1 centimeter of steel-hard material that burns at a temperature of several thousand degrees fahrenheit. According to wikipedia (which I'm aware is not the best of sources but it will suffice for our purposes) modern crematoriums burn at temperatures between 1,600 and 1,800 degrees fahrenheit, and the good ones can cremate a body at a rate of one hour per 100 lbs. Your hell energy can do it 30-60 times faster than that, which would require a significantly higher amount of heat, likely even more than Arty can generate, and he's a tier 5. Being able to instantly generate that much material superheated to that high of a temperature is overpowered for a tier 3 fighter I'm afraid.

All the added specifics to his physical stats are a great start, though I'm curious as to why you increased his strength so much. Where you had him before would have been around the 1,000 pound range. With the added durability and his already high speed, in addition to wherever the energy manipulation powers end up (since those are his main thing, as you stated), I think anything higher than 1 ton would be too much. I also don't see a speed on how fast he can launch his spikes or other energy constructs. You also mention that it can take any form he desires. Does that include liquids and gases?
Heh. I'm going to have half a dozen kills before this is over if this keeps up. ;)

@Green: Being able to pick up and use any weapon imaginable with perfect accuracy/dexterity is at least a tier 7 ability, especially when combined with his 500mph time hack. As far as the wall hack and minimap go, absolute awareness of your opponents location, regardless of any measures taken to attain stealth, is overpowered. It needs to be based on something concrete. Arty's awareness, for instance, is based on electrical signals, and Adrian's is based on whether or not the opponent has a soul. Perhaps for the minimap you could limit it to movement faster than 2 mph or something of that sort, so it wouldn't make stealth completely useless, but anyone trying to make a rapid sneak attack would still get picked up. For the wallhack, perhaps you could make it a pulse he can use once every five seconds (or per turn) that reveals anything within his field of vision and the 100 foot range as a stationary silhouette (or charge it to increase the range). On the subject of charging, though, LeeRoy's rules regarding that state that a charged ability can only gain half its full potency per tick, and I'm not going to approve an ability that breaks that rule. Sorry.

@Blooper: The only concern I have about Claws joining the fight is the amount of people getting involved. If Vordak still wants in that'll be six people in a single fight (seven if Goldeagle actually joins), so we'll probably have to figure something out to help move things along more smoothly. The only thing I can think of right now is if I was allowed to post out of order so that I could keep my responses up to date regarding the attacks made against me, thus allowing the remainder of opponents to also make their responses using up-to-date information. It would require a very high level of OOC collaboration to pull off a fight of that scale.

I'll work on editing him when I get home and the reason he reacted that gracefully is because Arthur has hit him that way before so he is moderately used to it and knows what to expect.

Arthur's actually gotten a lot stronger since their last encounter, so it wouldn't have been the same kind of hit.
I'm going to skip Raiu until Notdeadyet addresses LeeRoy's initial concerns, so next up is Jin.

First: The man himself is fine. No problems there. Though the time it would take for a target to develop the symptoms of radiation sickness would be of no use during a fight. Just keep that in mind.

Second: What is the targeting method for the high power precision shot? Is there a laser that Jin has to paint the target with? I would also recommend switching to a particle rifle instead of an actual bullet, that was the power level of the shot could remain within tier 3. If Lalliman's math (and my own) is correct, the bullet would be traveling at mach 234.6, which would blow through any defenses anyone in the arena possesses. By switching to a particle rifle, you can maintain the 2 second travel time while also reducing the power of the shot to acceptable levels.

Third: The mech is going to need a lot more detail, and as it stands now would be a tier 5 summon. In addition to what Lalliman said about speed and the power of the photon lasers (which are already iffy due to being as fast as light and requiring no charge time), we'll also need to know how much ammo it carries for the autocannons, how durable it is, and if it increases his strength at all (and if so, by how much). Anything you can add about its sensor and targeting systems would also be good. Regarding the photon beam cannon, as long as you don't consider the "and armor" portion of the damage description to be gospel, it should be fine. If the "and armor" part is taken literally, it would give him the ability to utterly destroy even tier 7 armor in one hit, which is not okay. Since LeeRoy already has a character with particle weapons that travel at near the speed of light (and require charging time), I don't see an issue with this one as long as the charging is visible.

Fourth: If "extremely durable" means what I think it does, that trait alone puts both droids at tier 3. That, combined with the near-perfect accuracy and armor piercing assault rifles of the XC1 and 2, would likely bump them up to tier 4. If they only had average human accuracy, rather than the accuracy of an infallible machine, they'd still be tier 3. The axe wielded by the XR1 is definitely at least a tier 4 weapon though. Titanium melts at around 3,000 degrees fahrenheit, but in order to cut it like butter the axe would have to be considerably hotter than that (and this is without taking into account the fact that you mention alloy, which changes the equation depending on what it's alloyed with). His reaction speed should also be more clearly defined, since there are a lot of things that are faster than a human can blink. I really like his backstory though. It gives him a really cool dynamic right off the bat.
Ordinarily, I wouldn't accept a character with peak speed AND above normal strength, senses, and durability, but since he can only use it for five posts in a single fight and it leaves him vulnerable afterwards, Claws is accepted.

As far as the agility comparison, Olympic athletes are a good way to go.

Keep in mind, Drall, A teir three is only one tier above Ug'Nug and yet he is over looked and down upon. Yet for some reason your character comes across as far above a teir three with all his fanciful antics and flashy tricks.

There's actually a huge difference between a tier 1 and a tier 3. Can a tier 1 beat a tier 3? Possibly, but it wouldn't be a good bet to make. Most of the max stats in tier 3 have increased over tier 1 by a factor of 10 or more.
