Not constrained by the typical limits of average human senses, Tom simply watched his opponent approach, preparing himself even as the boy outpaced the encroaching debris cloud. He leaned aside from the attack and took a step back to maintain the solidity of his stance, and drove a left hook toward his ribs as the boy's attack narrowly missed his face. The counter would be hidden by the boy's own body, and there was little chance he would be able to avoid it even if he could see it coming, fast as it was. Twice as fast as any attack the young man had displayed thus far, and carrying even more power thanks to that simple fact. Immediately following this attack, the area where they stood would be enveloped in smoke and dust too thick for any human to even breath, much less see in it.
Tom harrumphed when his opponent failed to emerge from the building, then took a solid stance with his feet firmly planted on the pavement. "Suit yourself, boy." Reaching out with his mind and senses, he quickly located the primary support structures of the skyscraper the boy had taken refuge in, then all at once applied a great deal of outward pressure, forcing the supports to more or less explode at their base. This had the same effect as one might find in a controlled demolition, and he continued the detonations upward to ensure that the building would simply collapse on top of itself rather than fall to one side or the other. In addition to filling the streets with debris and enough dust and smoke to choke anyone who wasn't killed in the collapse, this meant that the young man inside would soon be buried under thousands of tons of steel and concrete.
At least the kid was learning. Tom swept his hand to the right as soon as his opponent leaned to avoid the attack, delivering a vicious mental slap to the right side of his head that would in all likelihood send him careening into the nearest building. Learning was all well and good, but sometimes adaptation simply fell short in the face of preparation. The boy had spent too much time focusing on developing the strength of his body, and not enough on the development of his mind.
The flaming sword seemed to solidify a good deal more than it had been previously, the flames that composed it becoming thicker and more condensed, but Arthur still didn't trust it to behave in the same manner as a normal sword. It was that mistrust that settled his choice on avoidance rather than counters, and he stepped to his right and turned ninety degrees to let the blade pass in front of him as he brought his own sword up to stab at the dragoness' heart, mimicking her attack with the exception of his overall body positioning, which was now lined up squarely with the stab and his extended right arm.
This isn't a fight whose outcome will be determined by the plot. As such, the abilities need to be somewhat defined, or at least outlined.
Tom waited until the young man went airborne after his first stride, then thrust his left hand forward, palm out, to simulate a blow to the face, though the boy was still too far away for the strike to actually physically land. Instead, it would strike with the full extent of Tom's mental force, smashing into his face with the all the power of several hundred tons of bricks, all packed into one singular blow. "Disappointing. You had begun to display ingenuity, but clearly that isn't your natural tendency."
You also mention that her physiology allows her to wield the sword with one hand. What else does it allow her to do? I didn't see anything in there that described her physiological abilities.
He caught the car easily, halting its progress several meters before it reached him, then held up his left hand to stop the rock, though this one managed to ever so slightly caress his skin before it finally came to rest in the air before him. Immediately, he sent the stone hurtling back to the sender with a force equal to that it had originally held, though jerked his hand back as the energy burrowed its way into him. He could feel it crawling through his sinew and gliding through his veins toward his right hand, and he purged it from his body without a second thought. "Clever, but did you really think I wouldn't notice such an invasive technique? You're learning, boy, but don't let your reach exceed your grasp."
The sutures through the pavement caught him off guard as they bound his feet to the earth. He hadn't been expecting such a creative use of power from the young man, transferring his energy through other solid objects like that, but the surprise was only momentary. When the boy rushed toward him, his left hand curled into a fist and made a flicking motion with his thumb, as if he were flipping a coin, and another burst of pure force would strike his opponent in the chest, launching him well overhead while still letting his forward momentum continue unabated. That done, he would use the time he had available to break himself and his staff free from the constraints of the sutures and make a mental note to be wary of them in the future.
Unfortunately, none of it was meant to be. Midway through the charge, Tom simply held up a hand and made a flicking motion with his thumb and middle finger and the full force of a purely physical uppercut would instantly slam into the underside of Gemini's jaw, launching him skyward in spite of the fact that no physical blow was ever delivered. "YOU have had enough?! It was you and your people who attacked ME!" Assuming his initial attack proceeded as planned, he would then take hold of the end of his staff and once again swing it like a baseball bat, though this time it would only strike air. The mental blow attached to it, on the other hand, would slam into the boy's airborne body full force and send him smashing through the nearby buildings.
