The basic idea is simple. A series of cataclysmic events fucks up Earth and caused a post apocalyptic dark age for 100 years. The year would 2127 were the Age of Discovery is underway, the rediscovery of Earth society, culture, tech etc from 2027, when the cataclysm began. Fueled by the Great powers and secondary powers in the year 2127.

Short intro but if this sees a good amount of interest, I will get up thread on Monday or Tuesday. (Focusing on college work and stuff)
