Zala, as usual, woke up Sebastian at six in the morning, so he was well awake by the time the daily shouts came from Xahar. However, it didn't stop him from jumping, and as he went to check the scene he saw other students doing the same. "Some people are still trying to sleep..." He muttered, watching the boy as he ran. "Sebastian, stop being stupid. You already know what's going on, now please, I want to see your endurance." The medium signed, turning back around and shaking his head. "No, for the fifth time I am not jumping out of the window for you." He replied as he tied his blindfold around his head, getting annoyed with the question.
"Sebastian, please. It's not even that far of a jump, you won't die."
"No. I have better things to do than to break my legs."
Zala shook his head, taking a seat on the window's ledge. "You disappoint me, Sebastian. You can't even carry out such a simple task. You disappoint and upset me, my friend."
"It's a shame, I know." He took a seat on his bed. At least he didn't have that long until class started.
"Sebastian, please. It's not even that far of a jump, you won't die."

He had never even considered that a species that could exist, and she seemed to be telling the truth. Now he knew to be more careful around the two,.and learned more of where he stood in comparison to the others.

the references that sherlock put on the front page are some good resources, but really, you just need to draw, the more you draw the better you get
observational drawing is, in my own experience, the best way to get better. even if you aren't going for realism learning how things work will improve your art in general
of course if you want to do something specific, like hand studies, you can always google these things and get a million resources for you to use
if you have something specific youre interested in drawing though, i could try and help you find more on that o:
