Appearance base picture:
Appearance base notes(optional): Sebastian's 5'8". A lot of his face, but mostly around his eyes, is heavily scarred. The tattoos are various protection runes against spirits. His eyes are gray.
Name: Sebastian Tedjo
Age: 17
Role: A student, though he makes money off of consultations and things like tarot card reading, palm reading, etc.
Short Bio: Sebastian's always seen spirits, so he's always been an anxious child. For awhile nothing major happened, but when he was eleven, a spirit tried to rip his eyes out, something that still makes him nervous to this day. Since then he's been working on his spirituality and mind.
Notable skills and powers: Sebastian's a medium, and has been working on training it for a few years now.
Other: He's legally blind. He's a vegan and doesn't really like chemicals, to the point he even washes his hair with baking soda.
i might make a teacher later o: would a half angel or holy being of some kind be okay?

Still in shock, it was hard to focus on what Jace was saying, when he had so many things to say himself. So there were others like him? Florence was almost afraid to ask what the scientists did to them. If they could do this, he doubted they would limit themselves to it.
Florence realized that meeting others was never a strong suit of his, but his added speech problem might prove to make things impossible. He was lucky if he could get a yes or no out, meet and greets weren't going to happen for a long time.
Could he stand? That was a good question. He took the man's help, and was surprised to find that while his posture wasn't spot on, he could support himself.
About to try and ask a question, Florence stopped himself. He was learning it was better to just trust the doctor. He instead gestured to the needles still in his arm.

For a solid minute, Micah was silent, considering the options in front of them. Once again their precognition was giving them a headache, and it was slowly draining their focus. They were still frustrated at the fact that this meeting was called so suddenly, and that they were trying to push things that shouldn't be pushed. Eventually they sat up again, leaning their elbows on the table and absently playing with the rag. "Let us go, then." They stood up and looked at one of the leaders, "How much are we allowed to negotiate for this?"
