Well I did kinda steal it from D&D 3.5.....
I don't really know, whatever you want. Full on snake like that would be kinda what I was going for but if it doesn't work for you I can totally change it.

I think it depends on what you want to do with the story, if it's going to mainly be about the crew interactions then I think you should do the police force but if it's more adventure based then letting other people do that would be cool. Also, I call pilot!
