Skills of Note:
-Roman is excellent in Hand-to-Hand combat, though his style relies on his strength, rather than his speed (Though, he's still faster than the average human)
-Definitely of notice, he can bench press about 250 pounds, a good 25 pounds more than most the most physically capable NFL Players.
-He is more-than-proficient in Marksmanship with pistols and assault rifles.
-He has amateur-level hacking skills, but nothing close to that of Fitz from AoS

Psychological Profile
Mental Evaluation:
It appears that Jaeger has the thoughts and mental stability of his parents. He thinks, fights, moves, and speaks like a field operative. When presented with a stressful situation, the young man tends to survey everything in an almost hyper-observant manner. It should be noted, however, that he assumes a guarded role, even among friends and might not be the perfect team mate.
On the opposite spectrum, Mr. Jaeger has a very fine-tuned skill in adaptation and when portraying a false-identity, his acting and improvising skills are impeccable. Secondly to be noted, the young man has a sense of extremities, it seems, when in the field. When undercover, it has been observed that he delves to the utmost depth of his character, despite the harm it does to himself. This should be recognized, because he may be a candidate for PTSD and/or reckless behavior.
Instructors might also take note that the candidate in question, despite his training, has had multiple operations including counts of insubordination (Although all but one of those cases resulted in a success in the long run). In short, he possesses the potential to go off-mission in some cases.

Physical Evaluation:
Mr. Jaeger's physical prowess is impressive, to say the least. He dwarfs most humans at a full seven feet in height. He pulls the scale to approximately two-hundred-and-fifty pounds, with body fat percentage of six percent, at most. While undercover with a Russian gang that was supposedly held ties with Hydra, he was given the nickname, "The Hulk."
Young Roman has been recorded performing a two-hundred-and-seventy-five pound bench press, in forty-five repetitions, nearly fifty pounds higher than that of most NFL players. He has also reached a jumping vertical of thirty-seven inches.
It should be noted that, despite his size (or perhaps due to it), he is an above-average runner, his mile time recorded at nearly five minutes and ten seconds. One could argue that, despite his lack of superhuman genes, that his physical capabilities betray his humanity.

Biography:
Roman is the only child of Gareth and Anna Jaeger, two ex-SHIELD operatives, turned Analysts in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The Jaegers were stationed in an outpost in Russia due suspicions of an organization that was suspected to be involved in Hydra. Gareth's expert Computer Science skills set him to be a technological infiltrator, while Anna, given her combat excellence, was a physical infiltrator.
When Anna became pregnant, resigned from field work and became analysts. They developed a deep cover, and even used Roman to support their cover. They sent him to school with Russian kids, so he learned the culture and language. The two of them only ever participated in any kind of raid one one occasion, in which Gareth was shot in the leg, and received a permanent limp.
As Roman was a young child, his parents always told him to be cautious, and they trained him in observation and surveillance. By the time he was twelve, he already understood how to shoot a pistol. By the time he was fourteen (Note that the candidate was already six-foot-four), his mother had trained him in the master of Krav Maga and Muay Thai. Due to his size, he was too large to master Taekwondo, but is still proficient in the art.
When he was sixteen, Director Fury, green-lit his involvement in his parent's espionage and surveillance. At seventeen, he assumed the role of Vitaly Kacharov to go deep under cover. In this time, he worked closely (though highly in-secret) with Agent Natasha Romanov, AKA the Avenger, "Black Widow." While infiltrating the Russian super-mob, Mr. Jaeger and Agent Romanov were forced to take action to save his cover and killed five operatives of the enemy mob.
Nearly a year later, he faked the death of Vitaly Kacharov, and ended the undercover operation. Over the past two years, Mr. Jaeger has completed almost thirty small missions and minor operations. I believe his experience and skill makes him a noble candidate for the team.

Gender:

Age:
19
Ethnicity:
Caucasian (Scandinavian / German Descent)

Sexuality:

Ability Profile
Powers:
- Bionic Strength: Anna's left arm is a Bionic Limb Replacement Unit (BLRU), an experimental piece of equipment, developed Tony Stark himself. The arm, crafted with a Vibranium alloy, is several times stronger than any human's arm and is extremely durable (Her arm, note, is close to, but not on the level of Sergeant Barnes's prosthetic limb).
Skills of Note:
- Ms. Cormick is trained in Mixed Martial Arts and Adept-Level Taekwondo. Her experience in the National Youth Boxing League has given her very useful skills in self defense. Due to the nature of her training, she is excellent in adapting to combat situations. This makes up for her lack of skill with firearms.
Psychological Profile
Mental Evaluation:
The candidate in question possesses a mixture of both a passive and an aggressive attitude. Her experience as a fighter allows her to be calm in combat, but she seems to underestimate her own ability, and often becomes slightly incompetent. However, I believe that through mild conditioning, this mentality can be overcome.
Though Ms. Cormick suffered the loss of her right arm, she seems not to regard it as a disability, but rather told me it was an, "Upgrade." This, and other factors from my evaluation, tells me that her attitude caters towards an optimistic outlook. While I considered conducting the Myers & Briggs test, I decided that it would be unfair to her to categorize her.
Betraying her optimism, the young girl is very passionate, and while she can normal control this passion, in high-stress situations, her passion can quickly be converted to anger, and she has a tendency to lash out when angry.

Physical Evaluation:
Ms. Cormick stands at an average 5'6 and weighs around 125 pounds, with a very low percentage of body fat. She is lean, very fit, and mildly muscled. She has pale skin and long blonde hair, with very little blemishing of any kind. Clearly visible, her right shoulder and socket have been replaced with a prosthetic terminal that allows the connection of the bionic arm, like a removable part of an action figure. She normall wears a sleeveless shirt, showing that she is not ashamed of her handicap.
Biography:
Anna is the daughter of Eric, a boxing trainer, and Monica, a social worker. Eric trained his son in boxing, who trained Anna. She experienced a rather docile child hood, having no outstanding events happen until she was 12. She went to school with the other kids her age, played with barbies for the first two years of elementary (then decided they were lame), and held the assumption that every single boy carried a deadly disease called cooties.
In her middle school years, specifically at the age of 12, her older brother began training her at their dad's gym. She picked up the sport rather quickly, and the two eventually moved on to MMA after becoming experts in boxing. The girls at her school made fun of her for her sport, telling her she was a boy trapped in a girl's body. The guys in her school all thought she was trying to prove something, and were just as hostile as the female students.
When she was 15, a couple guys cornered her after school, and began pushing her around. When she broken one of their noses, the other guys jumped on her and beat her to a pulp, leaving her with a black eye, two cracked ribs, and numerous bruises.
She recovered in about three weeks, but her parents decided to homeschool her the rest of her high school years. Despite the negativity of her former peers, she continued fighting and eventually made it to the national semi-finals at 17. After losing and getting into a huge fight with her dad, they drove home, both disgruntled. In the midst of their arguing, they were hit by a semi-truck. The damage to their car set the engine on fire. While her dad was killed on impact, she tried to crawl away, but lost her right arm, up to her shoulder, in the explosion.
When she woke up, almost a week later, she was missing her arm, but most importantly, she'd lost her father. By some miracle of chance, none of her burns were severe enough to scar or permanently damage her body other than the loss of her limb. She recovered in about a month from the accident, but was still with her right arm. A week before she was supposed to leave the hospital, she was visited by Tony Stark, who had worked with her brother in the past. He told her and her mother of an experimental technology, based off of his Iron Man suits, that would provide a nearly flawless bionic arm. Despite that it was meant for soldiers, Tony took pity because he knew Anna's brother.
It took a few months, but she eventually had the procedure done to instal the bionic arm. She adjusted to it rather quickly, and passed her physical therapy requirements with flying colors. She trained herself to move nearly-perfectly with the prosthetic unit, though she still has some kinks left to work out (like sporadically using it to its fullest strength and breaking something).

Her bionic arm is the same size as a human arm, and is not bulky in anyway. (Link to a picture that comes very close to what I imagine. The only difference is that Anna's arm is black.)
