[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

@Ninian @Light Lord
Breeze nodded as she took aim at the odd sphere that held Gren. [Breeze used ENERGY BALL!] Several small green balls of energy went flying towards the barrier. They collided, but as the dust cleared, there wasn't even a scratch. Breeze knew only one thing would do the trick, but it would take a long time to do it at night. She closed her eyes and began absorbing any energy from the light around her. [Breeze took in "Sunlight"].

Fuse was quick to move in on his opponent. He rushed forward with incredible speed, and suddenly vanished into the darkness. There was a shuffle here, a footstep there. He was all around the Greninja. He thought to himself. "Hmm, Greninja... a tough opponent for a Mid-Evolution like myself, but not impossible by a long shot... I just have to keep my cool and do damage where I can." He thought. He went for a strike. [Fuse used THUNDER FANG!]

[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

The Dragonite seemingly responded to her, though it was hard for her to interpret what he had to say. From his facial expressions, though, he was in a somewhat good mood. "That's good... I think..." She said, looking over to Celes as the Pseudo Legendary pointed to her. "Ah, right, should probably get her up. Good call." She said, giving the Dragon a thumbs up as she headed over to the other bed.

She stood over Celes and tapped her arm, then placed her hand on her shoulder and gave it a decent shake. "Celes, it's morning, time to wake up." She said. Chikorita was doing the same with Mist. <Mist. Come on. You don't want to make Ranulf mad, do you?> She asked, gently nudging the young Dragon Type with her Vine Whip.

Brent Ignia
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

After his sudden wake up call, Brent finally emerged from the bathroom all dressed and ready to go, be it may a little on the crispy side of things. Brent walked by the bed where Cyndaquil still lay laughing, giving the young Fire Type a smug look and a smile. "You think you're so funny, huh? I'll get you back, don't you worry." He said, causing Cyndaquil to stop for a moment. <Uh Oh... I wonder what he's got planned now...> He said as he jumped off the bed and onto Brent's shoulder. "Come on, I bet a bunch of the others are already out in the main room. Let's go." He said, leaving his room without noticing the note at Devon's bedside.

The blonde haired trainer finally emerged from the dorm hallway, uttering an apology for the lateness. "It's fine, but man you still look beat. Might grab an energy drink from that vending machine over there, it helps a lot." He said, setting a bottle of his own down on the table.

<So, how did you two sleep last night?> Asked Glameow kindly. Turtwig was a little more... abrupt. <Your trainer looks wiped, man. Did you two stay up all night?> He asked, swiftly dodging a whack from Glameow. <Hah! Missed me that time, Glameow!> He said before taking a sudden smack to the back from the same paw as it returned. <You were saying...> She said.

Bryce Crest
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

Bryce and two of his Pokemon, Maya and Striker, finally emerged from their room and made their way into the main room. He took his seat at one of the farther tables, like the night before, and brought out his PokeGear again. "Just wanted to double check the route before we head out, just to make sure." He said. While he was looking at the map, a live newsfeed came over a large monitor in the room.

"This is Viore TV News at 7:30. Good morning Viore, I'm Mike Porter and let's start with this morning's headline. The Massive Fire in Bitterwood Forest has finally been extinguished thanks to the timely arrival of two Pokemon Rangers. We go now to Melissa Granger, who's been following this report since the beginning. Melissa?"

The scene shifted over to the charred remains of a forested area. "Thanks Mike, I'm here in Bitterwood were the damage is breathtaking. Miles of forest have been burned to the ground, but luckily all three points of the Viore Triangle are safe this morning. Although they were unavailable for comment, the success of this endeavor was all due to the heroic actions of two Pokemon Rangers who arrived just this morning. Why they are here is unknown, as is their identities. Investigators are still looking into the cause, but have yet to discover it. We'll have more details as they become available. This is Melissa Granger, VTV News. Mike?"
Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Waypoint]

@Ninian @Light Lord
Fuse glanced off to his side when he heard the footsteps in the distance. He saw the duo before they probably even saw them. He waited to see what they would do. When the swarm of unknown captured his client, he closed his eyes. "You know, there's a lot of things I can stand. Rejection. Beatdowns. Disapointment. One thing I can't stand is someone messing with my client." He turned to face the two. "As idiotic as the mission was, I'm not letting you take my client without a good fight." He had a certain look in his eyes. He wasn't bluffing, he wasn't just trying to intimidate them. He was serious, deadly serious. He looked between the two opponents.

"Letho, I'll take the frog. You get the crazy bitch. You with me?" He asked, not taking his glare from his opponents. He had caught a little of what was said about this lady, all of it bad. He didn't know what he was up against, but he wouldn't back down easily.

Breeze looked up at Letho. "I'll be fine, I'll cover you. Go." She said, quickly jumping into the darkness and climbing up to a higher position, a branch higher up that had a clear view of the whole battlefield.

Lily Meadows
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

It wasn't long before Lily emerged from the bathroom, dressed in all of her traveling clothes except for her sneakers, which sat at the door. For a bit she was oblivious to the Dragonite peeking in the window, and turned on the TV to a news report coming in live. "...At this point this morning that fire is still burning out here in the Viore Triangle. Firefighters from all three points of the triangle continue to battle the blaze, but it appears it is beginning to finally die down. There is still no new word on what started this massive blaze, but what we do know is that this will leave a lasting scar on this once beautiful landscape for years to come..."

She finally noticed the Dragonite out of the corner of her eye. While the news report was interesting, she knew it was something that would happen that she had no control over, and thus didn't worry about too much. She gave a little wave and eventually walked over to the window, unlatching it and opening it. "Morning Ranulf, you sleep well?" She asked the Dragonite.

Brent Ignia
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

"OOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!" The yell could be heard all the way down the hallway of the dorm rooms and all the way in the main room. Cyndaquil had lived up to its word, and gave Brent a not so subtle wake-up call. Brent could be heard from the bathroom with the shower running. "Cyndaquil, next time I tell you to make sure to get me up on time, think of something that doesn't burn me alive, could you?" He said through the door, Cyndaquil laughing through it all.

Michael Stint
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

Michael turned his head and looked down the hallway as he heard the loud yelp. He had no clue what that was, but he didn't really want to go find out. He had another thing on his mind. "I wonder where Olivier is... we said we were gonna head out early, but I don't see him anywhere..." He said to his Pokemon, taking a glance around the area.

Bryce Crest
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

For a moment the lone trainer opened his door and looked up and down the hallway, somewhat investigating the scream he'd heard through the wall. He shrugged it off as he heard no repercussions and went back inside his room.
Lily Meadows
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian
Lily walked over to the window Celes had been trying to open. She giggled a little before undoing a latch holding the window shut, and watched as Celes called over her Dragonite guardian. After she closed the window again, Lily flipped the latch back into place. "Yeah, I'm not sure how, but I'll get to sleep. See ya in the morning then." She said, laying down on her bed after flipping off the lights. She laid there for a good half hour or so, but finally the fatigue drove her to sleep.

...

This had to be one of the weirdest dreams she'd ever had. All around her there was this golden glow... it felt warm. She couldn't feel the ground under her feet, but she was standing perfectly stable on something. There appeared to be no one around, though. "Hello? Is anyone there?" She called out. There was no verbal response.

Soon a shape emerged in the distance. It was a very familiar shape. It was small, kind of cute actually. Then it finally came into full view. It was Shaymin. She floated up to Lily, seemingly as confused as she was. "I don't know either, if that's what you're thinking..." She said.

A brighter glow suddenly manifested before the two. It was a bright glow, and it too had a shape, one Lily did not recognize. "Lily Meadows..." A voice said aloud. "You have been chosen, one of pure heart, in a time of peril." The voice explained. "Long ago, ten humans were chosen to partner with certain creatures that inhabited the land. They saved this land from destruction. Not since then has this power been needed again..."

Everything began to go fuzzy. The glow began to diminish. "You have already bonded with each other, though you may not understand it now. In time you will learn everything you need to know on your own, and with the help of your friends and fellow chosen humans. This is where I leave you... the rest is up to you..." The glow finally diminished, and everything went black...

The Next Morning...@Light Lord @Sketcher

Lily woke up with a jolt. She looked around her, she was right where she had gone to sleep the night before. She looked next to her, it seemed Celes was still asleep. She sighed lightly. That dream... no, it was more than a dream... it was a message, a warning? No, that wasn't the word... she couldn't figure out what to call it. She reached over onto a bedside cabinet and grabbed her PokeGear to check the time:

7:14 A.M. VST (Viore Standard Time)

She moved and sat up on the edge of the bed, stretching out a little. She felt a little clearer headed than the night before. She stood up and looked out the window. The sun was just on the horizon now. First thing's first: every morning business. She headed into the bathroom to get ready for the day.

Brent Ignia
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

That morning Brent was still fast asleep in his bed. He was a rather heavy sleeper, there wasn't much that would wake him short of dynamite. Cyndaquil had already woken up, and was sitting on the edge of the bed watching some early morning cartoons while waiting for his trainer to wake up. If he took too much longer, he was going to give him a little nudge in the right direction with a little Ember to his backside.

Michael Stint
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

Michael was wide awake already by the time everyone else was waking up. He was dressed in his traveling clothes and was out in the main lobby feeding his Pokemon. "You guys make sure to eat up while you can, it'll be a few hours before we reach Vertigo, according to the maps." He said, starting to eat on some breakfast himself.

Bryce Crest
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

Bryce was also awake, but had gotten up a little after Michael. He opted to stay in his room while he got ready to head out himself. His Pokemon were all ready to go, and also eating their breakfast. Bryce never really ate breakfast, if he got hungry between morning and lunch he had some energy bars in his backpack to keep him going. Maya's attitude had also reverted back to normal after her episode the previous evening.

Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

"Alright Noivern, Diving Air Slash!" He said as his Pokemon dove downward at incredible speed, delivering a swift Air Slash to a training dummy before quickly pulling up and out. "Perfect, you're still in top shape it looks like." He said, giving his Dragon Type a thumbs up, Noivern returning the gesture. "I think we should be all set then, just had to make sure you were all warmed up this morning." He stopped and thought to himself. "I'll go a little easy on him. He looks like he's got some experience, but not too much power." He told his Dragon Type, who nodded in response.

Sierra Hymn
[Vertigo City - Pokemon Center]

Sierra was up bright and early that morning, and had Deerling and Fennekin out back behind the Pokemon Center. "Alright, we've got about two days before the Vertigo Contest now, so we need to be ready. Let's warm up a little first, then get into some contest moves!" She said, her Pokemon jumping with her in enthusiasm.
Aw, the only thing I don't like about this RP is that it's in the Free Section. I just can't write in Free, personally...

Ah Hell, why not give it a second chance? I really like the look of this.
Rico and Lulu the Riolu Twins
[Valiant Village - Sawk and Throh Dojo]

@Ninian @Light Lord
The twins smiled at the responses. "Alright! Let's go! There's a lot to show off, so be ready!" Said Lulu, already rushing out the door. Rico scratched the back of his head looking after her. "Well, there she goes again... but yeah, you'd think a place like this would be pretty small, but it's got a lot of businesses and shops around here!" He said, waving them on.

Flareon
[Tranquil Forest]

@Iatos @Banana
The Flareon client looked slightly confused at the Mewostic. "Do... do you not know what a Dwebble looks like? It was literally a normal Dwebble... he took off down there..." She said, pointing down into the Tranquil Forest Crevice. She thought to herself for a moment. "Are these guys for real? Reading my mind to figure out who mugged me when I told them exactly who the culprit is? And he's so formal... he reminds me of the rich guys from Lively Town..." She thought.
Lily Meadows
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian
Lily smiled as she heard that the two had made up. "That's good..." She said. Celes then proceeded to ask about her. "O-oh, me? Well, I think I just... well... It was a bit rough... my brain's just kinda fried right now..." She said, trying to figure out a way to explain her predicament. "Need some help with that?" She asked, motioning to the window.
Brent Ignia
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Light Lord
Brent simply shrugged at the answer to his question, watching the veteran trainer relax with his Zoroark as a pillow. He smiled a bit, then reached over to the light switch near the door. "Yeah, I'll see ya in the morning I guess..." He said, flipping off the switch. Now only the glow of the TV lit the room. The show was some kind of cartoon with people dueling one another with... trading cards of all things. At least it wasn't the fate of the world dependent on metal spin tops...

Lily Meadows
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

@Ninian
Lily had finally settled on a channel when Celes finally walked in. "Hey. Yeah, I'm still up. Trying to relax my brain a bit. So, you were a while. You make up with Ranulf?" She asked, Chikorita hopping up on the bed and curling up next to Lily. The TV played some reruns of last years Viore Grand Festival.

Brooks
[Route 701 - Pokemon Center]

He smiled as the two clearly had resolved any problems that had occurred between them, and they went their separate ways for the night. He turned his attention back to his Pokemon, who steadily returned one after another until all six were accounted for. "No sign of them, huh? Just as I expected, their long gone, after the next target... Shaymin and... well, you know... were the only ones I know for certain were part of the Legend... I wonder who they're going after next..." He said, soon calling back all of his Pokemon save for one. "Noivern, what do you say about being my pick for a battle tomorrow?"
Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio
[Folio Trunk - Waypoint]

@Light Lord @Lucius Cypher
After reaching the Waypoint, Fuse himself went towards the outer part of the Trunk, seemingly mindlessly staring into the now night sky. One could only imagine what kind of thoughts must have been racing through his head. The Idiotic Mission, his own Purpose in Life, his Relationship with his Tribe... so many thing he could be thinking about...

Breeze herself found herself a nice mossy indent in the trunk to perch on, and turned to Letho when he asked her about her form. "Right... you don't know too much about Shaymin, do you? Shaymin have two forms: Land Form and Sky Form. What I was in before was Sky Form, but when it gets too cold, when the sun sets, or when I get beat up pretty bad, I turn back into this: Land Form." She said, afterwards motioning to a Pink Flower on her persons. "I use this to turn back into Sky Form after that. It's called a Gracidea Flower. They were plentiful where I lived, but they aren't too common abroad, so I always have this one on me." She concluded.
