I will also drop out.
Name (The nation must either exist, or an explanation for why it exists): Nazi Union of Japan (NUJ). When germany lost ww2 the nazis moved to japan. Josef Mengele took over in 47.
History:
Japan stayed mostly the same for until 1947, that is when Josef Mengele took over. He made the laws stricter, he changed the name, hell he even changed the government. Those are the bad things, if it wasn't for Josef taking power Japan would not of been able to create a Space Agency. Josef's first order as leader was to create a space agency. He named it NUJSA, which stands for Nazi Union of Japan's Space Agency. He sent all of the nazi scientists who went with him to the space agency and he sent the Japanese scientist to the military branch.
Josef made Japan a military power. So far the NUJ have advanced planes, guns, tanks, and they have a type of nuke, also known as Mors accendente Circulus. He has started threatening China with war as he believes that Chinas land should belong to the NUJ. This has caused outrage across all of earth with the USSR threatening to attack Tokyo and the USA threatening to invade the NUJ. This does not make Josef scared, if anything this has made Josef stronger, he has started making more colleges around Japan dedicated to Rocket Science and Military Science.
Leader: Josef Mengele (The people in the NUJ call him Supreme Nazi Emperor of the Nazi Union of Japan Josef Mengele)
Space Involvement (A simple yes/no question. This will determine if your nation has a government space program. If yes, you must also make a Space Agency app): Yes

Geben zweiundachtzig Krieger 982: A person in ww2 era gear that has a Type 3 Heavy Machine Gun in his backpack and an Astra 900 as the main weapon.

Founded by Josef Mengele the NUJSA is one of the most advanced Space Agencies in the world with some even saying the most. Josef made this because he felt that if he could get to the moon first that he would be able to colonise it and start sending rockets from space to destroy New York. NUJSA was founded on the principles that no mans life is sacred if it means they can get farther into the development of the space rockets. Josef sent all of the Nazi scientists to this area as he trusted them more then any Japanese scientist.
This all changed, Josef decided that he had to much on his plate and he gave it over to Zwitter Steinwhik. Zwitter knew that the only way he could make the NUJSA the greatest space agency on earth is if they recovered Die Glocke. He sent a group of agents to recover it as it was in a mine in Poland. The mission was successful and Zwitter started his real mission when it was recovered. He made the HQ larger then it was before and then he split up the NAJSA into 2 groups. The group dedicated to Space Rockets and the Group dedicated to Military Rockets. Zwitter has just started working on a rocket to the moon, he has not got very far.
HQ Location (You can choose a real world or fictional site): Tokyo Japan. It is called Terra Quinquaginta
Head of Program (Again, can be someone who really existed or a fictional character): Zwitter Steinwhik
Organizational Structure (Government Agency or Corporation.
