Huh, I never realized how difficult it was to think up a title for a Head of State for a Republic that isn't 'President' or 'Prime Minister'.

<Snipped quote by TheSovereignGrave>

"Chancellor", if you're looking for something realistic.

If you want something that sounds more outlandish, than you could probably just make up some official sounding name. The Law-keeper. The Lawful. Primus. Civilian Commander. Centralist. Prime Centralist. Central Federalist. Prime Federalist. Central Republican or Prime Republican.

I like Prime Federalist.

For me, a lot of it comes down to civilization theme. If you know sprinklings of other languages or if you study history at various eras, you can get a LOT of inspiration.

Potentate is one I like a lot for my warrior race of lizard people (Ila bless Zaqir); it works well for a republic if that republic has dictatorship-like leanings. Chairman/Chairwoman is always good. I'm using Exemplar here because the Exemplar is literally meant to exemplify the will of the people. If you like an inkling of monarchy, then "Prince" works for a trade republic. And don't forget that Rome - which was a republic - had an Emperor at its head. And really, you can always make something that isn't normally leadership related and turn it into a title.

The new Master of Orion game uses fairly unique names for its rulers: Controller, Khan, Skylord (for a theocratic avian dictatorship), Hierarch, Hindmost (They really are playing the Darloks differently than I expected), and the Keystone are the ones that stand out most.
Eh, unless folks can think of something better to do I think I'll set her to training people as well. Sorry for not deciding earlier :<

That's fine! Glad you made a decision though. I'll get back to work on the post soonish.

I was gonna go to sleep but just woke up. 4 hours of sleep > 2 hours, though. I'm groggy but alert enough to start thinking about stuff.
Let me make sure I missed nothing:

Ardghal is training folks as well.
Dunlad is training people to ride horses.
Eliz is visiting the Vendari to convince them to raid the Greenfeathers in our stead.
Maire is visiting the Vendari on a separate mission: to form an alliance with them.
Seoras is improving the spears used in the raid.
Serheim is instructing people to make crossbows.
Titania is... ???

I can proceed with the turn as such, unless @Eklispe can make sure I didn't forget their action?
@Shorticus 'Terrible' is such a strong word. I think we're talking minor atrocities at the VERY most =P

Please don't kill us all.

I'm gonna give you guys an extra event JUST in case it turns out to be bad.

But yeah, look out for meteors.
@Shorticus Stop playing with your aliens and spaceships. It's all about swords and weird magical rituals.

But I have to balance out my TERRIBLE EVIL DEEDS here with TRAGIC GOOD DEEDS there.
I JUST finished the big thing I was writing. Working on post.
@Shorticus

"Ah. So the prey seeks protection. A futile endeavor, an endeavor nonetheless."

-Oin, X'Cor explorer and War General

I read that in the voice of the Darkest Dungeon narrator.
I've finally gone and finished my sheet. I think.

I'll leave it here for inspection, or you can go to the Characters section. The same version is posted in both places.

The Song of the Namilee

@Shorticus If this next post doesn't include the potential for moose cavalry there will be grave consequences. GRAVE!

Well, if you insist!

I found a map.
