Duraid may be the leader of this motley crew, but everybody needs a cheerleader. This sympathetic commander's got yer back, bucko.

Pffffffft.

I was not expecting that song. You win this round, pegasus archer.
Ereshk really needs to get himself some sort of magical construct eldritch demon familiar minion from beyond reality to carry all his groceries for him. Either that, or get Barst and his pegasus to do everything instead. Whichever works.
Ereshk plunked himself down on a log stump near the campfire. He was breathing heavily and trying his hardest to calm his racing pulse. A bead of sweat oozed down the side of his face. How many more bags were left? Barst and his pegasus should only have maybe one or two more to carry, right? Ereshk had clearly carried all the rest already! ...Right?

The mage glanced around the campfire and groaned, wincing as his sides ached from the strain. The food preparation area had two whole bags in it; the apples and the corn. Despite Ereshk's best efforts, almost all of the food was still with Barst and the pegasus. Then, of course, someone would have to go to town to get more. Ereshk had spent all day gathering nothing more than tonight's appetizer. If these newcomers ended up staying for dinner then there would be yet another handful of mouths to feed, and all the stuff Ereshk had brought would be even less of a meal for the camp as a whole.

Ereshk propped his elbows up on his knees and buried his face in his hands, still wheezing from exhaustion. His sore fingers grasped onto his wiry black hair in irritation. He was trying his hardest here! Why couldn't they see that? He was trying! He was trying.
Is there anything unusual about your Branded wolf pack that makes it obvious they're not entirely human? Their bios don't talk about where their brands are on their bodies, or whether they keep them covered or exposed for everyone to see.
Ereshk was extremely confused at all the chaos going on back at camp. Were these men also part of the company? Had he met them before? How many more chickens would he be forced to fetch to feed all these fighter folk? The mage couldn't help but smile at the alliteration of his thoughts. Barst and mister Carthul appeared to have the situation well in hand, so Ereshk diverted his attention to getting these supplies to the campfire.

He wouldn't be much help here anyway. His spellbook was still securely fastened to his back under his cloak, and by the time the mage got it loose the fighting would all be over. Ereshk spared a glance over his shoulder to Barst as he headed away from the training grounds. Even without an intimidating physical presence, the archer could at least talk his way around a potential fight. Ereshk, meanwhile, was fairly certain he would simply stutter, or mumble, or accidentally say something insulting. It dawned on him, as he was carrying away the bag of apples, that he was actually rather useless compared to normal people. What could he do if some enemy caught him off-guard? Could he even cause a shadow to flicker without the help of his book? This was definitely something to look in to when he had a moment to spare.
Interrupting stomachs are terrifying adversaries when your master is a seasoned practitioner of elder magic. This could very well have been an interrupting zombie stomach, autonomous and detached from any living body, animated through eldritch rituals with dark entities from beyond our comprehension of the universe. It could have been a very serious threat.

As it stands, this interrupting stomach belongs not to an eldritch abomination, but to something even more terrifying; a female.
"Oh, um, funny you should mention that, actually." Ereshk chuckled softly in reply to Barst's comment about doing chores with magic. The mage held up a finger to interject, shifting the bag of apples around in his arms. A few of the apples on top came dangerously close to spilling out of the bag.
"You see, the Master actually specialized in-" Ereshk found himself rudely interrupted by the roar of a rumbling stomach immediately behind him. The interjecting finger drooped pitifully. He shuffled the weight of the bags again before turning to face the interrupting stomach, and possibly the woman said stomach belonged to. "Hello?" Ereshk raised a curious eyebrow at the stranger. "Can I help you?"

Oh lawdy. I'll wait on Ereshk to respond to Barst and then I suppose he'll be the first one to notice Arianna. This is gonna be so much fun.

Gaah. Of course the IC happens during the couple hours I'm off doing something else. >.< I'll get on it right away.

Due to the reasons that I provided Freeshooter, I've struck Dark Magic from the Dark Knight and Grandmaster Classes, leaving it exclusive to purely casters because of it's variety of uses. This leaves us with:Grandmaster(Sword, Anima, Light)Dark Knight(Anima, Sword)

This is also more in line with how the games represent Elder Magic anyway. It's always treated as an exceptionally exclusive art that takes years of dedication just to get 'decent' at it. You can't just pick it up as a hobby later in life like you can Anima Magic. Even in Awakening, which was very lenient in its abilities, Elder Magic was still restricted to Dark Mages and Sorcerers only (Just ignore Aversa, she's a super special snowflake villain). Despite their names, Dark Fliers and Dark Knights (as well as the versatile Grandmasters) could only use Anima Magic, not Elder Magic.
Yes, the first IC would be nice.
