Question before I make the character application, am I allowed to make a character with Wolverine's claw ability?
Hihihi.
This looks fun.
By any chance could I throw up a CS as well even though its already started?
Oh. Derp. Shh.
Fire. Home. Dad.

"NO. I'm not there, I'm not there, it isn't real!" Aries screeched, throwing herself right off her bed and on to the hard, unforgiving floor. Her breath was caught in her throat as fear tightened her chest.

Well, it was true she wasn't home, but she wasn't exactly safe yet either. A smoky smell filled the air, that's when Aries realized it wasn't her that threw herself off the bed. It was an explosion. A big one. "Oh no, no no no. Where...What...How?" Her sweaty palms were sticking to pieces of hair as she tried to brush her loose curls back.
It was as of the air was filled with electricity. Alix breathed it in, savouring the mix. Some were scared, others confused or angry. Too bad she didn't have time to treasure the rare mix for what it was. Her body flickered, becoming a shadow of the girl she was, before flickering back.
"Dammit..."
She didn't have enough energy for this. Her powers were too weakened, she was just at risk to be burned to a delicious crisp like anyone else. How lovely. "Well...Might as well find someone else whose at least a bit useful in this situation," Alix breathed.
"Get up! You're that one troublesome child's twin, aren't you?"

Aries poked her head up, eyes a bit bleary and nose sniffling as she was addressed. All she could do was nod at the girl, or whatever she was, asking her. "Then get up, we're getting out." Aries could have sworn that the girl saw a flicker of a bitter smile, but she was probably imagining it. No one would be upset about leaving this god forsaken place.
Half dragging the little girl, Alix began to lead the way out. A twinge of self pride went off inside her at the thought that if she hadn't come in, Aries(if she was correct, hopefully) would have been fried. The girl obviously wasn't very level headed, crying on the floor like that. But if she's telling the truth, then she could prove to be quite handy if the need to defend themselves arised , considering that her brother was no wimp himself. Although he was arrogant. Aries was the opposite. "Why in the name of the whatever is holy, would you sit and cry while a fire is burning the damn building down?" Alix found herself asking incredulously.
All she received for an answer was a shrug.
