Hiya! I'm Tabitha, and I'm in college. I've been role playing for about 12 years, and I plan on pursuing a career in writing. So any feedback on my posts is welcome and appreciated. But I also do this because it's a lot of fun.

Paige tried not to stare at her roommate strangely when he didn't immediately shake her hand. But that just reassured her that Lincoln wasn't from Focal. She never even considered the possibility that he grew up in a different culture. She rubbed her arm as they walked down to the dining hall. She knew exactly where she was going, and enjoyed the slow stroll. "So, where are you from? Not to be mean but you're obviously not from Focal. I'm from here, so I know how we act around each other. Plus you're way too soft spoken to be from here. At my school if you didn't speak up and take the attention, you never got it." She opened her mouth to say more, then scrunched up her eyebrows. "I didn't let you answer." She said more to herself than her roommate. Looking at Lincoln, she apologized. "I kind of just went off and didn't even let you speak."

I've never done a RP like this before, but it's definitely intriguing and I'd be willing to give it a shot. I'm fine with Option B.
Waiting until the end will give you a surprising element. But they're all cool so it works out.
I'm interested and I want dibs on wind.
Theo chuckled softly as one of the volunteers claimed to be late to school on a consistent basis. He could never risk to do that himself. He knew with the way things were set up at home. He needed every second of free education that he could get. He was determined to do his absolute best, so that he could get as much money as possible for college and actually be something. He wasn't sure what he wanted to be. There wasn't even an inkling of a hint of something he wanted to do. But he was going to do something. Something big. And he was going to take care of his mom. Right now, he didn't need to know all the details, he just needed the goal to keep him on track.

Theo grinned when someone established the connection to the show. It was one of those famous ones, where they teach life lessons by overcoming original diversity with the help of family and friends. Nothing serious. Well, of course it wouldn't be anything serious, it was a kid's show. When Arthur mentioned that he didn't watch television, THeo tried not to look at him in shock. He dropped his gaze down to the packaging and mouthed the words, "What the fuck." An awkward silence filled the room, and a couple of people tried to discreetly cough to break it up. "That's fine if you don't know the show. It's nothing special anyways. Maybe you were named after King Arthur. You know, the one with the Sword and the Stone?" The whole room slowly started to relax, like a meat defrosting. But that's what Theo was good at, fixing other people's mistakes and making sure no one was hurt in the process.
After browsing through most of the items in the front, Brandy had to admit it. She was really impressed. Everything here was about three times older than the country of Istanbul itself. And those were the items they had gotten last week. As she walked the length of the aisle, she noticed that the crates were dated based off the time period there were from. Seeing as how she was in the current millenium, she headed further into to the basement to find items of her own appreciation.

When she reached the back wall, she let out a soft gasp. There were things here that revolutionized her field. Some of the things stored down here, they didn't even bother to replicate upstairs because it was so important. Digging in her bag, Brandy prayed that she had some time of covering that would allow her to hold just one of these items. "Bingo." She said pulling out a plastic baggie containing several pairs of latex gloves. She zipped her jacket about halfway up so as not to let the ends smack into something. After tucking a loose piece of hair behind her ear, she pulled out a pair of gloves and carefully slipped them on. "Okay beautiful," She said picking up a bone with the upmost caution. "Let me get a better look at you." She rotated and turned the bone over, admiring the lack of dents from spades. She could even see the streaks of dirt that they tried to brush off, but gave up on under the threat of destroying the find. She carefully laid the piece back into the case. "Wow, just wow." She exclaimed to herself.

As she continued to look around at the variuos artifacts she noticed the insurance guy down at the end of the row. She had never heard of companies coming to check the validity of the artifacts. Scientists, sure. But insurance companies? Never. With suspicion in her eyes, she made her way over to the man. "So what exactly is it that you're checking for on the maps?" She asked idly running her fingertips along the edge of the crate.

She looked over at the curator dusting between the crevices of the boxes, and dropped her voice to a whisper. "Who are you? And why do you need an original copy of a map?" She breathed, checking to make sure that she wasn't heard.
