Josh pulled his hand away before he was hurt and caught the cat before it managed to get up the stairs.
"What are you doing? It's a cat"
Josh knew he was probably right, but after seeing Leo, who knows what could happen? Nah, he was just being paranoid. "Hello," he said in a playful voice, "where's your owner? You got a collar?"

What do I do? With Josh's reflexes, he can grab her before she escapes, but why would he stop a cat from running away?

Josh noticed something out of the corner of his eye. A little trick you gain with super reflexes, you tend to spot the slightest movement. He studied the couch. That's where it came from. He walked over to it and started lifting pillows from it.
"What are you doing?" Jayke asked
"I- I swear I saw something" Josh replied. He knew he did. He looked around the couch before getting on his knees to look under it. He smiled at what he discovered. "Its a cat. Must have gotten in here when one of us came in"
He stuck his hand under to reach for the cat

Jayke looked down for a moment before looking back up at Leo. "I'm sorry". Jayke had suffered loss before, he knew the feeling.

Jayke's face lit up in amazement. "Hah, no way!" He exclaimed. He studied the... Turtle. From his scaly feet to the blue ribbon over his eyes. "Turtle Man" He said jokingly. "Or are you a tortoise? I always get mixed up between them two. Or are they the same thing?"

Josh grinned at Jayke. He wasn't gonna lie, he was quite amazed at what he had just saw. He never thought superpowers existed. Sure he has super reflexes, but it has to be something to do with science. Right?

A hero meeting. Hm, Josh never really saw himself as a hero. Sure he had insane reflexes, but he didn't exactly have a super power. The people in this room could probably teleport and stuff.

Jayke, however, liked the sound of that. A hero. He could be a hero. A hero amongst other hero's, saving the city. "Do you have any, um, hero name then Leo?" He asked

Jayke looks at the person who introduced himself as Leonardo.
"Hi" he said cheerfully. He actually liked this. These people seemed... nice.
"Hey" Said Josh.
"The name's Josh. Or Reaper. " Josh looked around, he still had no idea what was going on. His eyes met Leonardo's. "Do you know what's going on here" he asked, hoping he didn't sound stupid
