Alright, here's the bare bones. It covers the essentials but that's just about it. Will definitely flush out more later, but I wanted to get at least something up.

Calm and rational, Edmond thinks out his actions and never simply smashes head first into a problem. He has a decent sense of humor and humility and is generally friendly.
Equipment:
Mk4 Civil Protection Suit
This suit provides decent protection to SWAT type response units in firefights while more importantly providing a high level of situational awareness. The user can punch through walls and jump up to heights of around ten to fifteen feet. They also posses a hardlight deployable shield that can stop most projectiles and a built in tazor gun.

SAK11 Assault Rifle
A versitile assault rifle that has a front mounted grenade launcher. However, since he was part of civil protection, he only has tear gas grenades for it

Dk-9 Pistols
His back up weapon of choice. Fires a .45 round.

A collapsable stun baton
4 various fixed blade knifes kept in various places.

Powers and Skills:
Good in both hand to hand and in a firefight. Has a very good tactical mind thus can coordinate teams well in various situations.
