Alright, I'll edit it and change it to ~snip~ until you guys change what happened since I can't react to something that didn't happen yet.
The boy nodded at the jōnin with the same innocent smile then turned back to his food.
Katsu slurped his dish, eating like a pig. He finished it quickly and let out his breath in satisfaction. The boy looked down at his dish and smiled. He called over the owner of the shop, waving.
"Thanks for the dinner, sir," he said. "How much is it?"
"16 Ryō," the old man answered. Katsu pulled out a couple of coins, counting the money, putting the coins down on the counter one by one.
"10... 11... 12..."
His face turned bright red when the coins in his hand were all on the counter. "I... Er..." He searched himself, trying to find something. After a few moments, he gave up and looked down in defeat. "I seem to be short a couple of coins... Is there anything I can do to make up for the money?"
The old man gave Katsu a skeptical look. He ran his hand through the coins, counting them. Pausing for a moment, he looked up to the boy again. "Bring the money next time you're here," the man warned him and swiped the coins off the table.
Katsu smiled widely and nodded. "Right! Sorry," he said cheerfully and walked out, waving back. He walked on the streets, his eyes glowing bright red, scanning the area.

I think Matsuka and Katsu are pretty safe, seeing how one of them is an S ranked summoner/Jō-nin and the other one's a swordsman with a sharingan with 3 commas.

Katsu looked down. "No, nothing ma'am," he said, sounding a little embarrassed. His eyes turned back to normal as he slurped the ramen.
The woman sighed, sitting back on her stool and resting her hand on one of the scrolls. She hadn't meant to snap at him, but today she was unusually tense. "It might get dangerous tonight kid," She said, staring at the ceiling. "You might want to stay indoors."
Aiden looked up again and smiled warmly. "I think I'll be okay," he said. He asked, sounding curious."Why would it get dangerous?"
"No reason," she said, turning back to her food. "I just have a hunch is all." Her tone made it clear her warning was based on more than a hunch, but that she didn't trust him enough to give him the full truth. Katsu nodded and ordered another bowl. He spoke after swallowing the last bit of the ramen. "I see," he said with an innocent voice. "Well... What's the worst that could happen?"
He smiled widely and his eyes turned red again when the new bowl of ramen came. Without moving his head, he glanced left and right, continuing eating.

It's not impossible but only 2 of them did it without special guidance and they were at a special temple...
I'm asking this because the bijuu don't really like humans enough to help them. Bee trained in a special temple at and so did Naruto, only befriending them after quite some time.
