If you feel you need to know anything more than I'm providing ICly, just ask.
Well, both greed and envy are about more than just possessions, and I feel the two are still too similar. I really liked the idea for Greed's power (kinda reminds me of Gilgamesh from Fate/Zero).

For envy, though, what if he never was himself? He would have the ability to become clones of other organisms, though only one at a time, and not really having an own appearance. He would essentially have access to all the powers, but at the same time he wouldn't really have a power of his own. Thinking this might be a bit over-powered, though.
Another drawback for the Gluttony-villain can be that he has to eat a lot, so he'll need a lot more nourishment than the usual human for all his bodily functions to work well. I can also imagine his system consuming a hell of a lot of energy to digest all the weird stuff he gobbles down. I also imagine he'd be spending quite a bit of time on the crapper, for what isn't spewed back out of his maw. Yes, this is going to be a character who'll definitely win the heroines' affections.

In regards to the envy/greed discussion, I found that Greed is a selfish desire for more of something than is needed, where envy is a desire to possess something that someone else has. Greed is about oneself; a selfish wanting to have more, while envy is about what everyone else owns, and a wanting for those things. At least, that's what I found.
Gluttony - Male character of considerable girth who can eat anything with his physics-defying maw and digestive system.

About myself:

- 2+ Paragraphs post length
- Content-oriented posts

What I'm looking for in a RP partner:

- Communication, both ICly and OOCly
- Above average literacy. For you who incessantly use roleplayerguild's level system, this would mean High Casual or better
- As long as you reply a couple of times a week, it's all good
- As long as your posts contain a modicum of content with some visible effort behind it, it's all good

What I'm looking for in a RP:

- Romance can be good, but a good RP is a good RP, romance or not. I know there are mostly romance-junkies in the 1x1 sub-forum, but for me, plutonic social relationships of any kind work just as well
- Quality over quantity. I'd rather have a couple of paragraphs of solid content than a thousand words of mindless dribble
- Realistic characters and stories
- I enjoy role-playing underdogs, which means that I do not like over-powered characters who have everything from the start. A good story needs opposition to work
- Multiple characters are encouraged

- Most importantly, I want to have fun, and I want it to be fun for my partner as well. Role-playing isn't serious; it's an escape from reality. If it becomes another job, it loses its purpose. Everything contributing to making it more fun is A-OK. All of the above points are subsequent to this one.

So the deal is this: type in an emotion, a theme, topic, or whatever, into the box below. Within 48 hours, I will serve you with a text which tries to capture that subject. This is primarily for my own benefit, as it's a good way to become better at describing something conceptional through words. I will appreciate any and all contributions to this pet project.
After some consideration, I'm deciding to back away from this.

I wish you all the best in developing this RP.
If everyone starts trapped inside the Matrix, who is on this new ship from before? Someone has to be, otherwise our characters couldn't be saved.
@ evershadow

Colour me interested. A question: will you monitor this like a DM or is it free-form?

If the answer is free-form, it makes it hard to determine who finds what etc. Maybe someone decides to have their character be really lucky, finding a so far undiscovered armory or what not. But I guess people have sense not to over-do it like that.
