I'm getting a theme of fan-fic here. Oh and the BBC version is the BEST version of Sherlock. Can't wait for the next season. I'm pickin' up what you're putting down. I like to share plot creation, did you have something you were craving most recently?

I'm feelin' some Supernatural, gifted/mutants, Witches of East End or I have this little plot in mind: A god-like character has been released into the 21st century after thousands of years of imprisonment to wreak havoc on man-kind. Only problem, he/she doesn't have their abilities. Its meant to be slightly comedic and geared towards character development.
Awesome. Again I'll wait to see if I get any more interest before beginning anything.
What genres strike your fancy?
I was part of an RP where I was delegated by character's power. I despised it, and though I tried to give it a chance, I found I lost interest quickly, due to being unable to connect with my character. Though character balance is important, I trust the GM to keep people in line. Putting a number limit on abilities doesn't sound like a bad idea, though.
Awesome! I'm gonna wait a little, to see if we get more interest. The fairy tale plot I think would benefit from a group play. Did you have any ideas for the plot?
The roaring twenties sounds like fun. A new and interesting setting that today's media tells me was an interesting time for crime. The 90s were great, but I lived through that decade, so been there done that. Music was awesome though.

And I have to agree with the first simplified plot. It gives a base for a more elaborate plot to be developed. If you start out with such an open world, I feel things can turn to mush quite easily and quickly. A simplified plot keeps the players focused and players are less likely to stray the story off.
I love the modern setting and the character development. My favorite universe is that of the X-Men, a world where its not quite so black and white, good vs. evil. Where both sides are fighting for what they believe in, and can sometimes come together to better their cause.
Thank you! I intend to.
So here are two very open concepts I've been itching to play. I specifically try not to get into too much detail in plotting, in the even that others want to participate in doing so. So if either of these tickle your fancy, let me know. Perhaps we can collaborate, become a co GM of a group role play, or 1x1.
If neither of them strike you as fun or interesting, thanks for taking a look see anyway.

Inception, The Cell Crossover:
A group of thieves, who have made a living on stealing information by entering the mind with dream sharing technology, are tasked with a dangerous heist. They must steal information from a schizophrenic for a vital secret that will save lives.

This is a role play that is meant to be twisted. It can lean towards horror, Alice in Wonderland like, or even both.

Not the Fairy Tales You Grew Up With:
A world where all the fairy tale characters you read about as a child live. Only something has gone awry, and the once cheery characters are now plagued with adult concepts; Anger, Lust, addiction, betrayal, etcetera etcetera. Now for the first time ever, revenge for the villains is a very real possibility.
Hi everyone,

New member here, however, not new to role playing. I'm a pretty easy going person so feel free to hit me up if you're so inclined.
Genre's I enjoy include fan-fics, sci-fi, modern fantasy and futuristic. I'm not very good at historical, but it does seem fun, and I'm willing to do my homework to be historically accurate.

Hope to bump into some of you in some awesome plots!
