I read the rules as if they were blessed it was easier for anyone to impact them positively. Create order etc.

So even if they have an order with the race it costs plus 1 then. Gotcha. So my last turn would be 6 for create order and 9 for command race correct?

I just read this in the rules; Bless/Curse (7 Power / 4 Power): Blessing a civilization will decrease the cost for any deity to act upon them, while cursing them will increase the cost.

If a race is blessed it should decrease the cost for any deity to act on them. Unless that was a typo.
Yo! Xanaros scary!

Since humans are blessed, doesn't it cost more to corrupt them?
Then it doesn't reduce the cost of actions used on them? I misinterpreted that. I can change the numbers if needed Theo. Also, The Cult of the Archangel will be butiful.
Hey all. So how do blessed beings work? I realize it lowers the cost of abilities used on them, but how much? For my post I simply reduced the power thresholds by 1 each. Also, how much power does rest give and how much power do you gain each turn? Also, Solas is located at the coastline to the west of the dark green "humans" are written on. I don't have ms paint on this. @Theodorable
TELIOS

He awoke near the ash strewn "Bleeding Lands." Sentient and fully aware of his existence Telios wondered where or what he had come from. Who had created him? The ashen particles descended from the sky all around. Exploding inferno's rocketed from the volcanoes. He couldn't concentrate in such a place. What else was there but this noise and decimation?

Telios headed south over the waters and away from the Bleeding Lands. He took in the sights of liquid until he passed by a desert looking area. Intrigued, he examined it from afar. He noticed many little beings with wings and ferocious appetites. They appeared alive, but moved with simplistic automation. No, he would not stay here.

He continued south and found a lush green area that was inhabited by bipedal beings that mirrored his own appearance. Telios was compelled to investigate. He descended slowly, cautiously from above. Bright yellow light emanated from his form. Telios realized he could give off powerful rays of light that would illuminate everything around him. He magnified this even more. The humans were grouped together with various stone tools; spears and primitive farming equipment. They were in awe of the bright one and shouted to one another in surprise.

When Telios finally touched down he ceased giving off light. His 14 foot tall muscled form stood twice as large as the biggest of any of them. They backed away in fear. Then Telios raised his hand out to them as a sign of peace. They hesitantly began to do the same. Then he realized, We are more alike then I first imagined. Is my existence connected to them? But they are so primitive and small. Yet I feel...almost invincible. I must find out why we are here.

Over the next 100 years Telios intermingled with the humans. Teaching and learning from them in equal measure. He gathered some basic information regarding their shared father. He hoped to someday meet him and find out what purpose they all shared. Rumors swirled of a winged being which made itself scarce. Telios forged The Order of the Archangel out of followers who accompanied him in honor of what he perceived to be their creator. This order was made up of farmers, hunters, warriors, builders and a group of priests who took to calling Telios a deity of his own.

When The Order of the Archangel had been officially formed, Telios led his followers to the western coast. Here he made known his claim, "Brothers and sisters of the Archangel! Today will be known as a historic day where we lay claim to our first city! It will be known as Solas!" They began construction as Telios oversaw the creation of it.

I'm trying to find this in the rules. What does resting do mechanically? Also how much power does a god regenerate per turn?
Thanks for accepting me. I will throw some ideas out here regarding his backstory as I figure things out.

(Edit) How do the good and bad results of the dies work for other deities actions? Also, how much power does Telios start with?
I'd like to fashion that with the help of the players of those characters. It could be very interesting.
Deity Name: Telios
Deity Description: Telios is a very confident and bold god. He speaks directly, wanting communication to be precise and to the point. Taking after his father, Telios wants to be someone that others can look up to for leadership. He doesn't deal in uncertainty; preferring things to be set in stone. Just as the sun illuminates all things, so he makes his intentions perfectly clear. If he dislikes someone, he tells them to their face. If he falls in love, you'd better believe they're going to hear about it. And he does not give up easily. He likes to watch and partake in elaborate games, testing strength, will and passion. Telios enjoys a good party, loving a good time. He likes getting people to work together for common goals. Telios is protective and caring to the those he loves. If another crosses one of them, he will not hesitate to offer his full support and strike the aggressor/s down with a vengeance. He is bored by politics, but realizes there is a time and place for it.

Gender: Male
Appearance:
Telios stands at fourteen feet tall, weighing 1,300 pounds. He has a powerful muscular build with blonde shoulder length hair and piercing hazel eyes. His skin tone is tanned.

Descended From: ALCADEAS + IRA
This seems to be moving fast. I really like the story progression and how the land is changing. If Theo turns up soon I'd like to join. (Praying he's alive)
