How are you meant to be able to draw them if you don't try? You can't just randomly be able to draw something, you have to keep doing it
Look, choose a type and copy it. Mark out where each layer is, then add the feathers

Yeah....it's best to find a picture of a bird wing, and just seeing how long the feathers are, how many different layers there are, what shape they are etc. But it depends what type of wing you want. Like, birds of prey's wings are completely different shapes to a....say...pigeons wing
