I look forward to attending the event. I hope that the meeting is productive.
The president read the letter from the Republic of Nigeria next. "'We simply want to educate the people of the USA, and to maintain a firm eye on the political state of your country...'"
The president sighed and leaned back in his chair. The people of the USA were like children to them. They needed to be looked after and educated. Barely able to suppress his anger, the president began composing another letter.
Recently, I was confronted by a group of United Africans. They were all part of the military, and complained that they were underpaid and deserved a higher rank. I propose that we allow United Africans to be able to hold higher ranks within their military, even if only slightly. In addition, I would like to remind you that the bulk of our military equipment is rightfully ours and has been constructed within our country, with the exception of a few tanks and artillery.
"Yes, the assassination will definately act as a catalyst for conflict," said Folami Sow, nodding towards one of the governors attending the meeting. "In addition-" suddenly, the doors burst open and and a small group of armed men entered rushed into the room and aimed their weapons and Folami Sow. "What's the meaning of this?" asked the president. "We demand to speak to the president about our military," said one of the soldiers angrily. "We refuse to take orders from those Nigerian scum."
"I understand your anger, but what right do you have to barge in here with weapons? Put your guns down! I will discuss the issue, but not like this!" said President Sow, grasping the barrel of one of the guns that had gotten particularly close to him and pointing towards the floor.
But right now Thought Folami Sow I need to go to Germany.
CC heard footsteps. They were getting closer and closer... suddenly, the blond haired girl entered the room and looked very confused. "Wait a minute, what's going on here?" she asked.
"What?" asked Carnegie in shock. "CC," he asked slowly, "how do you know Alice?"
"No doubt Nigerian's support the Islamic people," said Folami Sow, sadly. "As a matter of fact, they haven't," said Baako, Folami's assistant, "They've instead chosen to remain neutral, at least for the time being," Baako handed Folami a newspaper article with Daifallah Mir's face on the front, "But military involvement, while not inevitable, seems highly probable."
"At least we have time to react. We aren't going to let them get their hands on our military equipment. Before long, they'll be knocking on our door, asking for all of our equipment. And of course, we can just never say no, can we?" ranted Sow
"I agree sir, but it would be best if we could avoid all of that entirely," said Baako quickly, "perhaps there is a way for them tor remain neutral, throughout the entire conflict."
"Hmm... have any ideas how we could possibly manage to do that?" asked Sow.
"Erm... Not exactly... the GEC is discussing the whole situation in Hamburg, Germany. They invited five different countries. I wasn't told many details from the Nigerian official that I talked with, unfortunately."
Sow thought for a moment. "Of course we weren't invited. We're just a damn extension of Nigeria. Most people forget that we're even on the map. If we were invited, I could perhaps influence the Nigerian's decision... but I'm not going to go up to the GEC and ask if we can go. It would be a terrible decision. Either those who support the GEC will think we are suspicious, or those who side against the GEC will think we are siding against them. And while the Nigerians losing neutrality is one issue, us losing neutrality is even worse."
"Why don't we ask Nigeria if we can join them on their expedition to Hamburg? Send a message to both the GEC and The Republic of Nigeria, but make it seem like it is merely a way to keep tabs on Nigeria," said Baako.
"I hate to say it, but you may be on to something. You know how much I like asking the Nigerians for favors though..."
We request to accompany The Republic of Nigeria to the meeting at Hamburg, Germany. It would be best for our nation to be familiar with what actions others are taking in at this time of imminent conflict. ~Folami Sow, president of the United States of Africa

History of the Nation:
Over a period of several years, the countries that have now split into the multiple states of the country were steadily growing weaker. After The Republic of Nigeria took over, they united, realized that none of these nations could sustain itself alone. Secretly, they bonded together. Shortly afterwards, the Nigerians learned about the creation of the United States of Africa and, fearing a rebellion, promised to release their grip on the land. Finally, the country achieved independence, albeit very recently. Despite this, The Republic of Nigeria still has a powerful grip on the nation that is too tight and restrictive for many of the United Africans.

Most government workers are from the Republic of Nigeria.
Through no fault of their own, many citizens from the United States of Africa have no college education. This is because many parents don't like their children receiving an education from the Republic of Nigeria; the bulk of the professors are Nigerian.
So I was thinking that, although you granted my country freedom, that perhaps you would slowly ease your grip on the area, fearing that the country would become communist or worst without your country's democratic influence. For example, the members of the military above the rank of sergeant would all be from your country. Several government jobs would be held by people from your country, including educators.
The political leaders in my country would all believe that you were just trying to gain access to my country's resources, which, although true to some degree, is not the entire story. In reality, you just fear the country becoming corrupt and don't think that it has enough educated personnel to sustain itself.
"He killed them!" shouted Carnegie, somewhat hysterically. "My wife! My daughter!"
"I tried to burn down the Tempire. I didn't burn it down, so technically, I never ruined his life. In fact, by trapping me in here, he ruined mine. There's no phone here. Do you know how long I've been trying to talk to my mum and dad?" said Mundy. He kept a firm grip on the trigger, but allowed CC to lower the weapon.
There was slight zipping sound.
Jack-
"Oh yeah, cost me an arm and a leg, but it was worth it. You know, it's surprising how much money some of those people make finding all the children in the streets. Too bad you can't get too close to the heart of Egypt, where all of them are born. I have a private company that goes out with vans and snags them off of the streets. I'm surprised that they all try and hide. People birthed from the heart become monsters and idiots if not educated properly. I guarantee you that the one guy you stopped wasn't properly educated and hid from the vans and stayed on the streets. What a shame," said Al as he lead Jack to a room with a high ceiling and a large table, full of a dozen people wearing dresses and suits.
"Jack, allow me to introduce you to some of my friends. This is Bugsy, head of the construction department," the man that Al gestured to tipped his hat. "This is Chief of Security, Frank," A man with a mustache smiled and nodded in the direction of Jack. Al continued to introduce people, one after the other. "Meyer, and Luciano, but you can call him Lucky, and Johnny, my mentor, and Clyde, Nucky, Arnold, and Bonnie," said Al, pointing to different people who shook Jack's hand and nodded at him.
