I'm the Karrem Abdul-Jabbar of high tier sparring. I'm just going to deny your fancy reality manipulating powers every time and take you back to school with the basics.

You absorbed all of my powers so now let's see you absorb my fist with your face.

If you peep the the Majesty Tournament OOC thread it's made pretty clear that @Enki, @DLL, and @Everett are my posse; Neo Shin-Ra. We have a few other players on our home community who might be convinced to show up if the activity was sufficient. We're obviously looking for action but we're not against something with a little more storyline along the way.
@LeeRoy

You don't say. I came here as a part of a team and I absolutely love the idea.
“I’m telling you it’s a bad investment. Don’t be fooled by their cute faces, those fuzzy bastards are con artists.” Satori was pacing from left to right, restless with anticipation since the morning, talking Enki’s ear off to whittle away the time. Then something ticked on the edge of her senses and her pacing came to a stop, “Nevermind, looks like I’ve got company.”

From the outside it was easy to assume that Satori was another easily distracted teenage girl, her incessant yammering certainly gave that impression, but in fact nothing could be farther from the truth. Ever since she had arrived on this unnamed world (not that it didn’t have a name but she certainly hadn’t bothered to learn it) she had been on high alert and that was before she had learned about the tournament. The way she constantly stayed in motion a tactic to keep potential assassins from having an easy time on her while her mind’s eye kept a vigilant watch over the astral plane and any swells of power that might appear therein; all and more signs that a childhood spent training in the art of combat had not been wasted.

Luckily they were not needed. A blind man would have felt the furious woman approaching, a palpable storm of emotions following in her wake and a band of power upon her palm.

Of Satori’s appearance very little hand changed from the morning. At some point she had decided to button up her red jacket and roll down the sleeves, possibly because of the breeze or a desire to appear more professional than she really as, though it did little to cover up the hot pink shirt she wore underneath. Her carefully maintained braid-and-comb combo was slightly more disheveled and now that the sun was a bit higher her skin had lots its spectral radiance in favor of a slightly yellow tint. But she was not armed, well at least not with anything you wouldn’t expect an executive from one of the ‘Verses biggest companies to have, but it was unlikely that a pair of stylish shades and a custom executive Shindroid phone would be of much help in battle.

As Gwyn prepared her attack Satori came to a stop, Shindroid falling away from her ear and leaving Enki’s worried shouts to a dull buzz. The air gave a visible shudder as the first chains on Satori’s ether fell loose, though it had on the material plane yet it could be seen crawling out from abdomen and along her limbs by the subtle shifts in her clothing. Then a lance of energy was sent her way, arcing high through the air with the intent to fall down on Satori’s scalp, a good toss but a straight line would have been better given the situation. Just as the lance was let loose Satori would kick off the ground with her right foot, becoming a crimson blur against the serene plane. Satori shot off as a good one hundred and fifty miles per hour, fast enough to confound most mortals but merely passable in the realm of the super human. Luckily it was nowhere near the peak of Satori’s speed. She was in a sense testing Gwyn to see how her own reactions measured up against the speed.

“Hold the phone,” Satori called at twenty feet, skidding to a sudden stop and whirling out of line and turning her to face Gwyn right as a flick of her wrist saw the Shindroid leap from her right hand with a trail of ether still clinging to the phone in its final moments. This little attack faster than her approach at a good two hundred miles per hour, enough speed that should the phone strike her head it would shatter immediately on impact, peppering her with all sorts of unpleasant little metal bits. “Wow, very fierce, the stilettos I mean. Are you looking to get laid after the fight?”

Neither attacking or approaching could stop Satori from running her mouth. A wide grin spreading across her face as she took her first look at Gwyndolin Astris.
@Dynamo Frokane I suppose that's a no then?

“Can you hear me?” Said Satori into her Shindroid, “Oh good; I’m surprised I get reception out here…”

In the last round of the Majesty Tournament, Shin-Ra had swept the bracket. All four Knights soundly defeating the esoteric alien warriors of the guild, or at least three of them had. While the other Knights were engaged in battles of life or death Satori had spent the morning window shopping until finally a few hours into the excursion a drunken alien had stumbled into sight and declared himself her opponent. It was obvious from the start that he was both delirious and in no condition to fight… But then at that point Satori would have settled for arm wrestling. As fate would have it the man passed out as soon as she approached and, as morally unscrupulous as Satori might have been, she was not a cold-blooded murderer. When she carried him to the nearest tavern she had been declared the winner.

To say that it had been exciting was something of an overstatement. The viewers at home, watching whatever accounted for television in this part of the ‘Verse, were likely furious. Especially since they missed the part with the pottery barn warrior.

With that Satori had set to wandering, a call from Enki informed her that the second opponent would be coming to find her soon enough, and it was a twist of childish defiance that saw her take them on a wild goose chase. Now she stood several miles outside of the city on a wide grassy plain, the cool ocean breeze more of a salty suggestion this far out, and not a soul to be seen. In fact the only company she had were a few curious local animals that had poked their heads out to watch her.

“You know Enki, if no one shows up then the final round is going to be me shoving my foot up your ass.”
So I'm going to go ahead and take first post in order to ensure that I meet the three day time limit. It's not my best work but it'll do.
What Enki said, about the Majesty Tournament that is. Having looked at your character profiles I have a good idea of their power level so I can have something up soon'ish. Otherwise looks good to me.
I have two friends who were looking for a 2v2 match a little while back, so I ask, what kind of fight were you looking for in terms of scale?
