"Alright, lay down and relax."
Geos lay his head down softly, doctors on all sides restraining his arms, legs, and head to the operating table. Today would be the day. His eyes shifted to the door, wondering how Star would be holding up. He could almost see the robotiscists booting him up and running his final tests, whether or not Geos would be ready to take on the various paranormal creatures that have appeared in the Phasing. Those who had killed his family in The Lost Sector. They would pay, every last one of them.
Geos, a few years ago, had lost his entire family in a Phasing where violent creatures appeared, targeting the mother, father, and son walking down the street as if they had planned to be there. Geos' parents courageously held there ground while he ran, and were thus killed. It had been only hours later that he was shoved in to a van and driven to an unknown destination in Edge City. There, he was introduced to the Overseer. He, or she, was but a sillhouette behind a screen with a distorted voice.
During the ride in the back of the van, Geos was promised by the Overseer unimaginable power, at least to such a young mind, and more importantly a chance to completely exterminate the monsters and stop the phasing. All Geos needed to do was hand his body over for a good many experiments and robotic alterations to himself, and he would become a one man army. He would be the only one to recieve this deal. Geos agreed wholeheartedly.
Geos was then brought to a facility that looked to be no where near Edge City. There, he would begin the process of turning himself in to a human weapon. He also was given Star, an android that would help his mission to exterminate the paranormal beings Phasing in to the world. It would take about a year to become fully equipped and ready for battle. Today would be his final surgery.
Geos closed his eyes as the anesthesia kicked in, knocking him out cold. In what seemed like only seconds later, Geos awoke on the top of a building, Star standing over him. "Welcome back to Edge City, Geos." It was the Overseer's voice. "Your mission will now begin."
- Weapons/Abilities -
- Fire Gloves - Geos uses igniteable gloves as his main weapon during fighting. They look like ordinary leather gloves, with black stones on the outside of the fingers. When Geos strikes his fingers together, sparks fly from the stones and ignite the gloves. They are made out of a material that can burn forever, and can also be used to fling fireballs at enemies.
- Modules - Geos has two modules that help him in battle: A Teleportation Module, and an Overdrive Module. The Teleportation Module allows him to gain a short burst of incredible speed that allows him to move to one place to another. This may only be used in a straight line, and Geos may not teleport through buildings. His Overdrive Module is activated by Star, which will increase his strength and speed. Overdrive can only be maintained for a minute safely, as it drains his life energy while in use.
- Enhanced Strength/Speed - Through Geos' surgical alterations, he is now double the average human in both strength, jump height, intelligence, and speed. Endurance is, however, an issue. He can't maintain these abilities for more than ten minutes, as exhaustion ensues after that point.
