I think I'll come back to this relatively soon...but then again, knowing me, I probably won't.
I guess the main point of this is to say: damn, I was gone for over a year from this place. I spent a good bit of inconsistent time on Iwaku, but I kinda missed my roots and the place I originally called home.

Alright so, a few things.
One, I really wish Mahz would add a quick bar in for bolding, italicizing and all that jazz. I miss it.
Second.
Wraith Not accepted until you complete that ish and add some weaknesses and bring him down a smidge.
Rare I'd still like some emphasis on the abilities GA does have. Make him seem like a badass, like he is! So, for Archery, you could have something like "Archery - Honing his skills from a young age, Oliver can strike most targets with ease. An eye that is adept at tracking movements, Queen is able to hit specks from distances that normal humans can only dream of. Moving targets don't bother him, though other obstacles such as smoke can hinder him."

Yog Could you give me more in his powers and abilities section? What else can he do with his powers. I know in the reboot, they've made him much more formidable and versatile, can you elaborate on that. Also the general finish up your CS stuff.

Yeah, but it is my job as GM to keep everything well-oiled, like I should have gotten decisions on the apps days ago. Which brings me to this: and - as since Ben left the roleplay I've been expecting more out of applications, I'd like to see more detail (or words in general) in the samples presented; as they stand it makes me that the applications are for a casual game and not a dedicated advanced one. I do think Zauriel is an odd choice and I would be watching the character (due to the effects he'd have on the world's mythology and supernatural side of events). As for Jason Todd, I think the choices for getting him out of Bludhaven's foster care seem a bit forced, but outside of that there's nothing really to be expanded upon. Just give me more of an idea of what you're doing with the character and a bigger sample.

Most of it is pretty good. There are a couple things with the Back story, but nothing too drastic. Accepted, but I'd like you to play up the fact that he isn't technically a full Kryptonian a bit more, even if you can only do so in the weaknesses section.
So, is this dead?
