I guess the main point of this is to say: damn, I was gone for over a year from this place. I spent a good bit of inconsistent time on Iwaku, but I kinda missed my roots and the place I originally called home.

Orin, as a memeber of the Atlantean Royal Family is a practiced telepath. Though not as powerful as beings like the Martian Manhunter, he is able to communicate telepathically, and defend himself to a degree against psychic assaults. Control over sea-life is a facet of this ability.Something like that. It is canon that He's a telepath, and I made sure he couldn't read minds or use it as a weapon.

I like the aim with this character. The one thing that gets me is the teleportation device, but you've seemed to check it in many ways, so I don't have any major qualms. Accepted.

I can edit it so that I was recruited by J'onn but I feel like Batman should have something to do with it considering he's known Nikolai, would it be possible to say that J'onn recruited him at Batmans request? He's not going to run off on his own, he has a more violent fighting style but he's not going to run around if he has reason to stay ((AKA Barbara)) and he will no doubt be contributing to the story. He's a real softie at heart for teams.
