Name: Catherine Ainsworth
Alias: Kulla
Age:
Alignment: Merc. She really doesn't care, and just does whatever helps her further her goals.
Race: Human. Probably.
Personality: Cruel, ruthless, and willing to crush everyone on her towards her goals. It is all hidden by a genuinely cute exterior. It is decently hard to take her seriously, even when she is pointing a weapon towards your skull. Sadly, her exterior and her overall childlike personality and mannerisms, makes it so she is rarely treated as a threat, which is why she'd much rather pull strings from behind the curtain. This is made easier by her intelligence, which is far above average, especially given her skillset. Catherine is pretty bad at common sense however, and her lack of commonsense frustrates her to no end, which causes frequent tantrums. She does have her moments she seems like the malicious soul she is, but those are few and far between.
Powers: Catherine lacks anything really magical. She can't handle fire, nor hop between dimensions, nor summon an Eldritch Abomination. Her greatest asset is her ability manufacture. Despite her appearance, she is an expert at machines, giving her the ability to create all kinds of things with the right equipment. Despite her lack of magical use, she is skilled in harnessing it, and adding magical properties to her creations. She is essentially a magical mechanic.
Abilities: Catherine knows the basics on how to use a gun. She knows the human anatomy extremely well, and her skills as a mechanic are unrivaled.
History: Catherine was born to an incredibly well off family, one who seemed to have an endless amount of money. They could buy anything they ever wanted, and yet they only seemed to get richer. She was an only child, and never really had anybody to grow up with. Blending in with the rest of the town was hard, and her parents never seemed to notice she around. This loneliness lead to her interest in technology, and advancing it. It felt good creating something new, but she would continue to add and add onto something until it was near perfection. Other kids might play with sticks, but Catherine was creating art with sticks.
As time past by, Catherine only continued to improve on her skills, and began creating things years ahead of their time. She was mindless creating, just creating to say she was creating, and lacked any kind of goal. She made many great things, and was well respected for her work, it all felt empty. What is the point of creating if there isn't a greater goal? Well, eventually she found her purpose, it just had to be at the cost of her parents. While she cared very little for her parents, and their death didn't phase her too much, it got her to began thinking. Can she bring the dead back? Can she create actual artificial life? Can she extend someone's life?
It has been a long time since, and while she had made some progress, she still has many questions. She now seeks the answers to her many questions, hoping that those with magical capabilities can give her what she desires. They might have to be dissected a bit, but you got to break a few eggs to make an omelet.
This fudge brownie thing they have at a local restaurant. The more chocolate on a cake, the better.
