Ned is playable. But Silver Carrot, you have absolutely free reign. No character is an NPC - but characaters people want can be ghosted if there's no one to play them/someone takes them up later.
That's very true. In that case, I may create a new child, or maybe use Tommen, because Joffrey can't be Cersei and Jaime's son if he's going to be played; they're 27 :P
They all look great guys!!
Tensai, don't worry about not putting it up yet, I'm not too sure when I'll get Cersei's up.
Can I get a vote? Baby Joffrey or leave Joffrey open??
Since we don't have a Margeary yet, @NarcassisticPotato, I'm posing this mainly to you since Joffrey and Sansa would probably have a lot of interaction if someone took over his character.
Yeah, I mean it's pretty much open all round. I think I'll have to see how everyone copes with that amount of characters. I personally like fairly detailed posts and to deal with certain characters at a time, so if I had more it would be a case of altenating between which of their storylines I focused my attention on in intervals.
Sure. We can do all that in the OOC. Also - I think Tywin would be a great character to have. Cersei's taken over Kings' Landing, following Roberts death (for which Cersei is one of the main suspects in the beginnign of the RP), and I'd love to see their banter and just general disagreements; the way he attempts to control her and how she tries to fight it.
I also think Ned would be a useful character to have, I can't remember if anyone's taking over him, and if they are then maybe Cat?
I'm only starting off with the one character, but basically bringing anyone into the mix would be a good idea. However, 3 characters' aren't necessary.
Also, there are people who haven't seen the show, so chosing a different FC is absolutely fine.
Sorry, of course! You can include whatever you like, the CS is more of a guideline than anything else. I'm gonna say no, because I'm nice and I sense thats the reply you're after (;D) but I'm going to be using a brunette-Lena Headey for Cersei because there just aren't enough pictures of her blonde. We'll say she dyes it.
Is anyone still alive?
Also..just gonna drop this in here.
OOC...

"The Mafia isn’t blonde!"
"It is now.”

“We report today that Mafia don Bobby Baratheon has been found dead in his house. His wife Cersei's family, her younger brothers Tyrion and Jaime as well as her father Tywin have taken over the illegal gambling bars of the Baratheon Family, as well as the rest of Vegas’s organized crime. We also report that Commisioner Edward Stark received a threat this morning, finding the head of a horse in his bedroom. Police believes that the Lannisters have wanted to send a message to Vegas’s chief of police — that’s it for now, and here is Lisa with the weather.

It seems like the families of Las Vegas have always been at war. For many years, the Targaryen family ran Las Vegas with an Iron fist from their Hotel and Casino, Kings Landing. When Rhaegar Targaryen kidnapped Lyanna Stark, her brother Ned and his best friend Robert Baratheon, whom also loved Lyanna, gathered their family allies and launched an assault against the Targaryen family. Many were involved in the bloody fights, the Tyrells, the Martells, the Tullys and the Lannisters to name a few. Every mob family became embroiled in the war for the streets, which lasted just over one year.

By the end of the war, the Targaryens had all but fallen, Rhaegar was dead as was his father and much of his family. Unfortunately, Lyanna had also been killed in the skirmishes and although Robert had won the town, he had also lost so much. To settle differences, Robert married the powerful Tywin Lannister’s young daughter, Cersei. Ned, devastated by the loss of his sister, gave up the mob life and turned his head towards protecting Las Vegas from further bloodshed, installing himself as Chief of Police and operating from the halls of his estate, Winterfell. He continued to raise his children there whilst holding a gentleman’s agreement with Robert to turn a blind eye to some of his more illegal dealings.

Fast forward to present day and the news as reported that Robert Baratheon has been found dead at his home at the Kings Landing. A week earlier, his close friend Jon Arryn died of a short illness. Upon their deaths, it has become obvious that the Lannister’s now control Las Vegas and this worries Commissioner Stark. That family had always been ambitious and with Robert out of the way, Tywin can do whatever he wants…

Based in the city of Sin, the Lannisters have always been a family to be respected, admired and above all feared. Crime and money is all they know. That, and family. If you mess with one Lannisters, you mess with them all. They might not like each other, but the family name means too much for any one member to fall as someone else’s prey. This Pride is unbreakable.
The gritty crime culture is masked by corporate stages, multi-million dollar businesses that act as a distraction from the illegal activities that most of these families are taking part in.
