Personality/Bio: Brother Jones your typical Priest. Kind Caring Loving respectful and proud. He Joined the Priesthood to hide from a rather large bounty upon his head at the of 19, For whatever reason he hasn't really told anyone about it, Nor let on that he was the Man many people wanted dead. He Joined the Brothers of Norse a group that was dedicated to worshiping the Triple Moon Goddess, Fitting for a Thief in many ways
However despite His new found path of life, He continued to steal from people be it rich or poor if he saw something he could turn a profit on he would steal it. However he did not go tumbling through pockets nor breaking into peoples Houses. No He used his status to manipulate others to hand over their valuables. Being a priest he could get close to people of all walks of life, and hide in plain sight. Though he was not above the law And could easily be arrested. his status has given him some breathing room from the towns guards and officials.
He had learnt some was to trick the mind and influence people with a few words, which was made easier by being a respectable public leader.
He had joined the guild at the age of 20 just before it started to diminish in strength and power, He saw the glory that the thieves of the city once knew and wished that one day they could rise again. to live the life of luxury once more...though he still had a very comfortable life. By the age of 32 he had advanced to Brother of the Order and at 44 He took over as Head Priest and Father of the Order Making him even more in the public eye. This of course didn't stop his other trade. Infect made it boom

Preferred Weapon: Words. He Believes that the Pen Is mightier than the sword And thievery is not for Violence, they are skilled professionals not common thugs
Abilities and Specialties: Manipulation of ones mind, Using his status to influence those around him to "give" to the needy or to help fund the Order.
Other info: He can find out information on almost everyone.

Aye, I've been looking more into this/reading others opinions, But do you notice how the other spartan, the body shape/size is like that of a female Spartan (bigger chest plates and smaller waist) Though a tweet from Frankie O’Connor stated that its not a girl but he could be just trying to throw people of that lead.

Or some others have said that you maybe to play as another spartan alongside the chief with reaches option to have your own spartan in the campaign.

And also looking close at the image the helmet reminds me a lot of the Rogue helmet from halo 3 multiplayer, so we could possibly facing a rogue outfit of spartans or insurrectionists that got themselves some armor?

Unknown yet, But whoever he/she is they look badass

My thoughts have come to some idea's though:
Chiefs new armor as he is due an upgrade as his armor (as of halo 4) was still Mark VI that he got in halo 2 which is out of date by now.
or a New playable character in campaign (going back to halo 2 campaign/ODST Switching characters depending on mission)

either way if its not John they will play a very big part of the story seen as they are the center focus of the image

I could be all wrong, but as a life long halo fan what i said is plausible
