I don't find it at all surprising that everyone made their characters pretty much max rank. Besides myself.
I mean, Sergeant is a fairly common rank to hold in the normal military ranks let alone the special operations community. Not just that, most of us are past 25. Naturally we'd have higher ranks to reflect our time and experience.
