History: Bright Spark was born in a stable where she lived for the first few years of her life. However a fault with the stables oxygen talisman forced the residents to the surface before she even got her cutimark. Many of the residents settled around the Stable door, never venturing far into the wasteland. The little shanty town became a popular trading location with its access to the abandoned stables facilities giving it advantages over other settlements.
Sparks mother was a doctor in the stable and taught her the basics of medicine. She loved looking after the injured or sick ponies and soon became an unofficial nurse herself. She became popular among the stable residents as well as the traders who stopped by on their routes.
However, the stable towns growing popularity eventually led to its demise. A group of raiders learnt about the town and saw it as an easy target. Very few residents survived the attack when it came. Spark was one of the few survivors but sadly her mother was lost.
The young filly was hopeless without her mother and her time as a captive among the raiders was horrific. Luckily she was found by a group caravaners who recognized her from the stable town. Unwilling to leave her alone in the wastes they took her to their destination of friendship city.
Personality: Spark is quiet and reserved around nearly everypony. The events of her life have left her scarred and afraid of leaving the safety of those she trusts. She generally prefers to spend time alone and will often try to avoid others if possible.
Perks:
Light sleeper: The horrific events of your past make it hard for you to sleep properly. Luckily this keeps you more alert at night +1 preception. You also regain double the HP per hour slept.
Untrusting: You don't trust ponies. You can detect lies easier and talking to certain ponies may open additional dialogue options. However your attitude towards others may lower their opinion of you.
