Yeah, you have a point, even if it is special though, it's only a pup, what could it really do? Besides teething? Sad part is that Mason never even used his sword

Mason smiled at Mina momentarily, narrowing his eyes once the pup started growling at Koran, Mason had a very distinct look on his face that said he already knew but he wouldn't say. "I didn't steal him, he followed me, besides, I'm in charge of a whole group of them, I'm sure they won't mind.." He smiled. "That was a shitty pun Mina..." He said shaking his head a little, he looked down at the pup to see how the armored scales had spiked up again as his coloring went from his normal almost greyish blue to a blood red. "I don't think he likes demons..." He said.

Mason looked at the pup curiously, looking it in the eyes, catching a light blue gleam every so often. "So what, it's an embodiment of god now?" He asked, smiling a little, as the pup's armor flared up into spikes, the rest of its body turning into a blood red in reaction to Verona's petting. "It looks like he has a darker side too.." He smiled, patting the pup and getting it return to it's normal state.
