Mason looked down at her, slightly smiling when she commented on his warmth, most likely that was thanks to the fire he had created. "That'd be the fire..." He quipped, managing a small smirk when she finally noticed he was without a top. "Uh, yeah, it sort of got destroyed..." He said, showing her the tattered tan shirt. He was a little surprised to see how her face turned red, he wasn't sure if it went what he thought it meant though. "Uh sure where?" He asked, he wondered if she'd be taking him to his weapon.

Mason looked over at Koran as if he wanted to make a rude comment but instead he rescinded the idea. "Yeah, for whatever reason..." He said as he shrugged a bit, his pup barking, not in an angry tone but a happy one like he had been upon his arrival. Looking up he was immediately taken off guard by Verona's hug, for someone who was all-seeing, a warning would have been nice. He hugged back somewhat to be courteous, it'd have been rude if he didn't. "Well I wasn't going to die again." He smiled a bit.

Mason smiled a bit at Mina, it was certainly strange to see an expression like that coming from her but he'd accept it. "You too, sis.." He smirked, guessing he'd keep up with the ruse, it wasn't like anyone was catching on anyway. He heard the sound of his armored little companion barking in reaction to his return, smiling a bit as he jumped toward him, Mason welcomed the pup with open arms. "Okay, okay, I missed you too.." He said as the pup licked his face, patting it on the head gently, wincing a bit when the pup's claws dug into his bare chest. "Okay, that's one down...now where's my sword?" He questioned, he glanced over at John. "Oh, hey..." He said, narrowing his eyes a bit at him.
